Arrival is very easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the North elevator to the 4th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your date approaches.

Great stay.

Well equipped unit. Nice property. Small.issues in complex due to ongoing recovery but moving along. Enjoyed the area and tye stay. Close to lots of activities.

Good place but area still recovering from hurricane

The condo was very nice and perfect for two couples to get away for few days, We were disappointed that the surrounding area wasn’t recovered from hurricane yet and many things were still closed. Also the pool was closed while we were there. Other than that it’s a great place.

Hurricane Ravaged

Most amenities were not available - pool or hot tub. Restaurants and bars within walking range still shut down. Location still ravaged by the hurricane and it was a sad somber area to be in.

Everything you need.

This is a great location close to the beach. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment and towels. The condo had nice extras like candy, coffee, and trash bags. Condo is clean and updated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Treasure Island.

Sunset vistas 405N

This cute condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean! They had all amenities you can think of including beach chairs, sand toys, everything needed in the kitchen and even a little bowl of sweets to welcome you! We would definitely choose this condo again. The owners were very responsive and kind as well! I highly recommend booking this one!

Spacious and clean 2 bdr Condo on beach

Fouth floor Condo apartment was in an excellent location right on Sunset Beach and about a 10-15 minute walk to Johns Pass. Condo was updated, clean and spacious and even came with the essential beach gear including chair's. Communication and instruction from the host was excellent. IF you plan on traveling with a Cargo carrier on top of your SUV, you likely will not fit into the garage where the reserved parking spot is allocated, although we did not have a problem finding "permit only" parking outside the garage, with plenty of spots.

Family vaca

Nice place to stay. Conveniently located kinda in the middle of town and a short walk to the beach. Needed a bit more room in the family room area but we made it work for 6 people. When/if we go back we will definitely stay here.

Gorgeous Condo at Treasure Island

My sister and I stayed at this beautiful condo at Treasure Island, Wonderful Ocean view from The balcony. Everything was beautiful and clean couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing girls trip at Sunset Vistas. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We spent our days on the beach and the hosts kindly provided everything we needed; beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The condo is near many great restaurants & of course John’s Pass. We would love to visit again!

Great for 2 couples

Great location and unit. Plenty of room for 2 couples, nice views from deck looking over pool and into the gulf. Beach is very close to back of building making for a very short walk to beach. Room has everything you need for a comfortable week stay.

Best spot on beach!

We have stayed at this location for 6 years and between the pool, short walk to the ocean and awesome room, it is the best place to stay on the ocean. Close walk or drive to everything. Perfect for families and we will be going back there for year 7!

Perfect beach getaway

We stayed at this property with our two young children, ages 3 and 5, and we all had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and well-stocked with so many conveniences, and the communication with property managers was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great time in Treasure Island

My wife and I recently stayed in Treasure Island, and while we have travelled to Florida many times, we never stayed in this area. We spent many hours looking at all the listings on VRBO, and found exactly what we were looking for - On the beach next to the Gulf? Check. Clean updated 2 bedroom? Check. Fun little bar attached to the building near the pool? Check. Things to do within walking distance and great restaurants? Check. As of right now, we are planning on returning to the area next year, and hope to stay at Sunset Vistas in the same unit.

Florida trip

We had a lovely week on Treasure Island. The condo was as described on VRBO and the location and beach were awesome! The pool and hot tub were very nice and heated to perfect temperatures. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a great time!

Perfect Location

Amazing hosts. Quickly responded to any questions. The VRBO was very comfortable and had all kitchen supplies that we needed. Location is walking distance to John's Bay (enjoyed the John's Bay Festival while we were vacationing). Afternoon sun on porch made the unanticipated cooler Florida temps bearable. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

The condo was beautiful, well kept, fully stocked and included everything we needed for the perfect beach get-away. Hanna & Hass were very responsive and we even met Hass while we were in the property. We couldn't have asked for better hosts during our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. The condo also featured two hot tubs and a heated pool with direct beach access just steps away. If you like searching for sea shells, we walked about a mile to the left and found a ton of conch shells! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Hanna and Hass

Holiday Beauty

405N Sunset Vistas is a beautiful unit. The owners were super flexible and were able to let us in a little early since we arrived before our scheduled time! They even provided a bottle of wine and some coffee to welcome us. The view from the balcony at sunset is truly amazing. The main pool, larger hot tub, kiddie pool, and smaller hot tub really make for many fun in the sun choices. The beach is absolutely beautiful - the owners even provided beach chairs! We stay in Florida VIRBO units often and this one rates high up for the price. The second bedroom is pretty small, but still worked for two adults. Treasure Island has lots to offer as far as dining and shopping- we especially enjoyed Saint John’s Pass Village for shopping and Middle Ground Grill for dining.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The property and owners were amazing. We have stayed at Sunset Vistas several times but I must say this was the nicest condo by far. The sunset view was amazing. Very clean, updated, and very tastefully decorated. The owners responded to any of our questions promptly and even check to see how things were going. We will be back. Nice property!!

Decor and water views

The condo was updated , beach decor was wonderful, and loved the water views from the balcony. Close to restaurants and shopping. Check in and out was very simple with instructions provided by owners. Would definitely stay again.
