Centrally located in Oklahoma City's Plaza District, this newly renovated 3-bedroom bungalow is just minutes from Downtown, Mid-Town, 3 separate Hospitals, and 7 minutes from State Fair amenities. It is 2 blocks from the unique shops and restaurants of the Plaza District which also boasts the historic Lyric Theatre. Although close to a variety of attractions, it sits on a quiet street with enclosed private parking and a private fenced back yard.

OK City - Comfortable

Like staying in a five star hotel. Easy drive to down town. A number of restaurants within walking distance. The amenties are high quality and all of the bedrooms are good sized. The layout was perfect. One of only a few VRBOs that we stayed in where the frying pan was actually in excellent shape. Our only regret is that we did not try and stay a few more days. This place will make you comfortable very quick.

Comfiest home ever

We stayed here for 4 days and wish it was longer! Every room is decorated beautifully, the property is super clean. The home is just blocks from everything and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you need and more. This was my favorite VRBO stay ever!

Family Christmas

The house was as cute and clean as shown. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking Christmas dinner. Close to The Plaza, which we enjoyed. Area is "gentrifying", but we found it safe and walkable. Hosts responsive to questions. Will stay here again!

Best vacation rental we have ever used!

This place is very nice! Everything….the owners have provide everything we needed, the house layout and furnishings are very comfortable! Felt like we were at our home away from home! Will definitely stay here when visiting OKC family!

The property had a open concept Kitchen, Living room area. Comfortable for reading, discussions and games supplied. Bedrooms and bathroom fully supplied, closed doors for privacy. TV in all rooms for personal viewing, no debate on what you want to watch. Dave supplied information needed to enjoy our stay. Close to everything you would want to visit OK State Capitol, OKC.Baseball game, Riversport, 45th Artillery Museum, Railway Museum, Science Museum, Art Museum, Contemporary Museum, Bricktown, National Cowboy Museum, Spaghetti factory sat in the Trolly for dinner, Rented scoters by Micky Mantle stadium, Canal ride historical sculpture, Toby Keith Bar & Grill, Foxy Ice Cream, OK National Memorial & Museum. The Oklahoma people were gracious, courteous, and kind all with a smile. Walmart for food and drink selection. Recommend OKC to visit, Will return to see more.

Oklahoma City Getaway

Great location usually about 7 minutes from everything we wanted to do and eat. The house was so nice and comfortable. We loved the snacks, coffee and teas. Communication was great!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this home during a horse show. The fairgrounds is seven minutes from this home. The home is beautiful and nicely stocked. The communication with the owners was exceptional. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home

What a wonderful home to rest our heads. The hosts were so helpful through the whole process. Everything available in this home to make the stay so enjoyable. Cozy, clean, open spaces, secure. The beds were very comfortable. Best experience ever. Highly recommend.

Great house in the Plaza District!! Neighborhood is in the process of a renewal but it’s very quiet. Great amenities even snacks!! Very secure parking with plenty of space for multiple cars, Great Hosts. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay!

Wonderful house! We were in town for a gymnastics competition and the house was in a great location near the convention center and restaurants. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay while in OKC!

We travel a lot and stay at many rentals. This home was exactly as they advertised. We would definitely stay there again - no doubt. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, dishes, etc ...to cook meals while there. All the rooms were beautifully decorated. Home has private parking behind a wood fence. Felt very safe and enjoyed our visit. It's in an older neighborhood and there are many homes being updated. A new two story home was just built next door. Grocery stores and restaurants not too far away. Owners available if you need anything. Highly recommend staying in this home while in OKC!

A gem in the Plaza District

This house is fabulous. My husband and I stayed here for three nights with another couple. The other couple each need their own bedroom so it worked very well with them sharing a bathroom between two bedrooms. My husband and I had the large room with the king bed and the ensuite bathroom.The owners are very responsive. The house is clean, well decorated with everything you need. The linens are plentiful, plush and fresh. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets, pillows, etc if needed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. We found lots of coffee, spices, olive oil, cans of food in the cupboards. We are assuming it is all leftover from previous guests. How nice to leave it for the next guest. The refrigerator also had condiments, butter, jelly, etc. The owners provided lots of toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags, saran wrap, soap, shampoo, lotion, dishwasher detergent and trash bags.The living room and dining room are very comfortable. There is a bookshelf full of games, there are large TVs in all of the rooms - none of us used them so don't know how they work. The location is great and getting in and out of the house is easy with a code for the doors. There is a driveway with parking in the back behind a gate. If you need a house while in Oklahoma City, the 4 of us suggest you rent this house. It is a gem!!!

Perfect place to end our journey!

We had traveled from LA to OK City in 10 days. We were weary. Opening the door to the property and seeing such a lovely, calming property, the AC on - on such a hot day was wonderful. Each room decorated beautifully, the kitchen extremely well equipped, variety of coffee & tea options, property was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed and wanted. Many thanks for ending our journey on such a high note. Highly recommend this property.

Great experience

This house is charming and loved. The small details throughout the house tell you how much the owners care for it. The beds are comfortable and the towels are soft. We stayed to be close to the fairgrounds. The owner was quite responsive and supportive. We will definitely stay again!

Along with the individual shops, you will love the variety of locally owned restaurants in this area as well as the entertainment venue, which in the warmer months hosts once-a-month Friday night social and a variety of street festivals throughout the rest of the year. There is always something going on in the Plaza! Although we like the idea of giving our guests their own space, we also know that sometimes particular needs or questions arise so please be assured that we and our staff are available to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable!

This newly remodeled bungalow is comfy and spacious with 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 has lots of room with a king size bed, an "en suite" bath, a whole wall of closet space, remote controlled ceiling fan and a 50" HD Smart TV. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for our "younger" guests as well. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen size beds, full sized closets and 40" wall mount HD Smart TVs along with remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen is complete with gas range and over range microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. For quick meals or if you prefer not to use the range, there is a counter-top combination microwave, toaster oven, and air fryer available. Also, there is a Keurig drip coffee/pod machine with coffee pods along with a hot water kettle provided with variety of teas. The open kitchen island and dining area has seating for 6 with and the living area has 65" HD Smart TV. Full privacy fencing around the house and back yard. The private, gated drive will fit 4 to 5 vehicles depending on size. Security cameras at front, back and garage areas.
