Great spot in Little Havana everything walkable, pharmacy and market nearby. Place was clean, Eric was a great host, communication was always on point. A/C could run a bit colder, but nothing that took away from the stay. Would recommend.

I had a fantastic stay in this comfortable studio! It's in a quiet, great location close to the beach and downtown. The place was perfect for me and my dog. Highly recommend!

Stayed here recently and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The studio was exactly as described—clean, private, and super comfortable. The king bed was a huge plus and made it easy to relax after long days exploring. Everything felt thoughtfully set up, from the cozy dining space to the coffee/tea maker that made mornings easy.The location in Little Havana was perfect—quiet enough to feel peaceful, but still close to everything. Being able to walk to Calle Ocho and explore the neighborhood was a highlight. It’s a great spot whether you’re traveling solo or as a couple.Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and the overall vibe of the place just felt welcoming and stress-free. For the price, this place is an absolute steal.Would 100% stay here again.

The place was smaller than expected and it was a lot of complications with the TV, but they came and fixed it and the coffee maker and the air. It was so hot in there at night. I feel they could do better for the price.

I like the room it could be cleaner and the bad needs replaced it I liked it better then a hotel room I was nice I kind of felt at home

Overall a good stay for the price point! Host was responsive with any issues. Room was clean! We did have some trouble sleeping every night due to the central AC being set to a higher temperature (no controls in the unit). Fan was left on highest speed the entire stay but still felt hot at times, especially at night. The mattress was a comfortable material but it was hard to sleep as the mattress is caved in near the center. Bathroom was great, mini fridge and microwave were nice along with smart TV and good internet!

Great

The place was great, there was just no wash clothes to use. And we were told about the washer and dryer on our last day. But besides that everything else was great for what we went for. As long as we had a bed and shower that was good enough. And the room was exactly that. We had a great time in Miami

The hosting person was dishonest. When we got there, there were three other families in the place. We paid a premium to rent out the place for five days solo. This was unacceptable. The police had to get involved because one of the families did not feel safe and none of us ever got a refund. I do not blame the family for calling the police as I likely would have done the same thing. We walked to other nearby hotels only to discover that they are actually brothels and do not rent rooms. On our honeymoon, this was quite an ordeal! We attempted to reach out to the owner and so did the police and we were all unsuccessful. Please do not rent anything from this person. It was awful.
