Newly remodeled Beautiful Beach Front Condo Phase 1, 2nd Floor⛱. 1Bed 1 Bath with sleeper sofa. Enjoy the numerous pools, which includes 2 heated pools with swim up bar, 2 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers and 2 water slides. You can enjoy Romantic walks on the beach with Las Palomas' private access.

We installed a Ring doorbell with chime for additional guest convenience.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:

-Reservation holder must be over 25+.

- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.

- No changes allowed for Holiday reservation.

Cancellation Policy

- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.

- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.

- No refund for holidays.

- For cancellation, please log into your VRBO account to initiate process

Quick Getaway

This is the perfect trip for a quick getaway. The condo was exactly what we expected. The view, the walks on the beach and poolside. All perfect. Though the pool area offered absolutely no shade, besides the chaise chairs having a little back cover to cover your head. Not the owner fault. The Condo was beautiful. We love staying @ Las Palomas! See you in October Rocky Point!

Shower had no pressure had to wash using only the the Spicket called to see if they can fix but only came two times to look at it .

Great room

Check in was fast and everyone was super friendly. We were impressed by the view.. it was better than we expected. Great view to the pool area and ocean view. I reached out to the owner and he responded within minutes. Super helpful. Highly recommend this room. I will definitely be staying here again!

An AMAZING stay!

My kids (10 & 11) made the easy drive from Phoenix down to a Rocky Point. This condo fell nothing short of amazing with the amenities, the cleanliness and everything. I wish the lazy river was a little bit warmer LOL! 2 floor access was great so we don’t have to wait for the elevators and the condo was central to everything. We will definitely be back!!! The condo is equipped with everything as listed and the pull out couch and bedroom bed super comfy! Condo was cleaned daily as well. Thank you!

Beautiful Room & Resort

Room was clean and spacious, just like the pictures. Our host answered all our questions and was very helpful. The resort was beautiful and the staff were kind and conscientious.

Nice time!!

This unit is great becuz it’s super close to the beach. We always leave stuff once we head out and this unit is only on the 2nd floor. We usually get a 2 bedroom but this one will do!

We love the beach, and our young kids enjoy the beauty of the ocean, Mexican culture, and the infinity pool.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This property is unique because it is on the second floor but still has a wonderful view of the blue ocean. During the busy season it's convenient to bypass the elevators.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

There are two grilling patios, one in front the Phase 1. The second grilling area is between phase 1 and phase 2 buildings. Las Palomas is 10 minutes from Sam's Club, which we have used to pick up a few things for the kids. If you don't have a membership there is another option next door. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you are driving from Phoenix to Las Palomas make sure you keep to the speed limits in Ajo (25mph) and Sonoyta (20mph/40kmh).
