This property is located in Wynwood, the trendy art district of Miami. Wynwood is a fresh and funky area filled with fabulous restaurants, bars, boutiques and art galleries. When you arrive, I strongly suggest that you stroll along the amazing murals located just down the street. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room includes two twin beds, while the second room has one queen bed. Also, the sofa in the living room transforms into a pull-out bed!

Additional amenities include a patio with a barbecue and jacuzzi to enjoy the great Miami outdoors, this area is shared with unit A. Washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, white linens, towels, cook-wear, appliances etc... are all provided. Free parking in the driveway fits one car and any additional vehicles may parallel park on the street. We ensure that the house is absolutely immaculate before renting it to our guests! Here you will be 15 minutes away from iconic South Beach and 10 minutes away from bustling Brickell.

The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.

The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included.

Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
