Charming 2 Bedroom + Loft Condo Special Winter Ratesl

Cozy 2 bedroom & loft, 2 bath condo centrally located in the town of Mammoth Lakes, right on the shuttle route. The unit is located in the Sherwin Villas complex. Everything you need is provided for you such as a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable environment to relax in!

The condo sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, and the
loft has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.

The unit has a private wi-fi network for internet access - no need to share bandwidth with other condos! We also provide a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Blue-ray player, and a cozy wood burning stove for additional ambiance.

Great Experience

We had a great weekend staying at this cozy cabin in Mammoth with the family. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is so convenient to get anywhere just walk out front and you can catch any bus line.

Bookmarked for Future Stay!

Cozy condo in the heart of Mammoth. Everything is walkable as far as a multitude of restaurants and stores. Condo was immaculate and check-in/out was super easy. Fireplace was a nice treat at the end of the day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Mammoth ski trip

The property was a good size for a ski trip in mammoth and conveniently located right on the bus line. The hosts Pete and Cathy were OUTSTANDING! We got stuck in blizzard conditions and they were extremely accommodating with us staying an extra night. They gave us a lot of peace of mind during the stay and were quick with communication. We would highly recommend staying here!

Nice location

The Condo was perfect for us there are separate beds for the 4 of us: King in the master bedroom, 2 beds in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen/single bunk in the loft. Nice that there is a bathroom upstairs in the loft/2nd bedroom area. Location is extremely convenient, close to Vons and many restaurants. Bus stop close by too. Kitchen is nicely stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Good place and location at a very good price

Very budget friendly. I do recommend that you bring your own blanket. Some of the blankets that are provided are old. and not as soft and fluffy.

Great Location and Affordable

My family and I really enjoyed staying here for a few days in December just before Christmas. The location can't be beat - a few hundred yards from Vons and across the street from our favorite restaurant, The Warming Hut and easy access to the ski bus with stops right in front of the complex. The condo was clean and had plenty of beds for the 6 of us (our kids brought friends) and there was also plenty of room to hang out in the evenings. Also, the property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend for smaller (8 or fewer) groups.

Comfortable Stay

We had everything we needed. Peter was kind and made himself available. Location was great. Two restaurants right across the street and others within walking distance as well. Short dirve to the village. As others have said the place is ready for a facelift. There was a bit of street noise. But once you close the windows, it's fine. Don't count on the loft for the eldery in your group. Otherwise, all was comfortable for the three of us.

Needs updating

The rug was very dirty the tv/dvd playing in bedroom didn’t work. The stairs are dangerous.The upstairs toilet needed to be fixed. But the kitchen table was great and we made it work. The location was great. The owner needs to update the whole place and take down the really weird and scary chandelier. Other than that we had a great time and didn’t really spend much time in the unit.

Very Comfy with Excellent Location

This condo is an incredible value for the rental price compared to other 2bd loft condos. The location is great. The bus is just steps from the parking lot of the complex and you can walk to Vons and many restaurants. The owner's communication was great and he responded immediately. The check in and out instructions were easy, but the lockbox for the key was a bit tricky. It took us a few tries to open it. Then once inside there were 2 keys for our use. That was really the thing we liked the least, was that we had to carry around keys. It is much more common these days to have electronic keypads/locks and they are so much more convenient. But we managed not to lose the keys, so it was fine. The condo is dated, but everything worked and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The living room furniture and the carpets appear newer so that was nice. Beds were comfortable, but in need of new pillows. So you may want to bring your own. Each room (except loft) had an old wall heater, but they worked well and heated the whole condo quickly. The stairs leading to second level are extremely steep - somewhere between a ladder and stairs, so they are definitely not for older or very young guests but are totally fine for people with no mobility issues. We used the hot tub one night (there are two) and it was nice and hot and there is also a sauna that we didn't try, but we heard people talking about it. We would definitely come back to this condo again!

We enjoy outdoor activities and Mammoth is a great place for us to enjoy both the skiing and hiking that we love. It also gives our older kids a place to come with their friends to enjoy the Sierra mountains. Mammoth is a charming town with friendly people and an inviting atmosphere.

Our condo is centrally located with several restaurants within walking distance. The free local shuttle stops right in front of our complex and can take you up to the mountain, and places in between, in just a few minutes. The grocery store and some cute, local shops are also just around the corner.
