appointed throughout. This stylish place to stay is perfect for your resort away from
home and this is the ultimate vacation home for luxury, privacy, and fun.
Includes professional 5 hole putting green, multi-cade machine and Golden Tee, fire-pit,
pool with hot tub, sport/pickleball court, ping pong, pool table, outdoor shower, full
outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar, resort cabana seating, bar seating, 10 flat screen TVs, fire
pit, treadmill and weight machine, plenty of lounge & dining seating, and more.
This property has a one-of-a-kind resort-style backyard for you to experience luxury at
its finest. Sitting on over two acres, this is the ultimate vacation home for luxury, privacy,
and fun.
When you arrive at the estate and drive onto the property, you will see one of the most
impressive displays of native landscape to be found at a private residence. You will then
enter the home through the custom wrought iron front door. When you step into the
foyer you will be welcomed by a beautiful collection of contemporary art work.
The resort backyard is packed full of activities for adults and kids of all ages. Activities
include a basketball court, pickleball court, fire pit, pool, spa, ping pong table, corn hole,
putting green, Pergola covered outdoor kitchen, 2 covered areas with tvs and seating,
heated pool, outdoor bar with BBQ, 6 lounge chairs, and 2 resort day beds. This back
yard is your resort away from home!
The home features a two-story open floor plan with a detached casita and includes 7
bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms (sleeps up to 16). Several rooms feature huge, floor to
ceiling windows, which provide breathtaking & picturesque mountain and city views
throughout the estate. Within minutes to world-class golf courses, this North Scottsdale
location is in an ideal location.
This home features the finest finishes & furnishings. The kitchen features a gourmet
chef's kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher,
fully stocked utensil drawers, coffee maker, blender, etc. The kitchen is stocked with
table settings for 16 people, gourmet cookware, two eat-in counter bar spaces and a
breakfast table. There are not one, but two large entertaining rooms in this home. The
living room features a relaxing view of patio and pool with plenty of seating and room to
play. The family room features sitting and relaxing while cooking, eating, and watching

TV. There are not one but 2 game rooms! One features kids game area with seating and
Xbox with game pass, while another features golden tee and a multi-arcade game with
over 1600 over your favorite games including Pac man, Donkey Kong, Q-Bert, etc.
As impressive as the inside of the house is, the outside is even more magical and is
truly one-of-a-kind. When you enter the resort backyard you will feel like you are on an

The pool complex is furnished with commercial resort-quality chaise lounges and

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will be provided by the greeter at check-in for you to sign. Before
checking into the property, we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your
identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
- Guests must provide both the same credit card and ID at time of check in.
- You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a
copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is
standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum
26 and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'.
- The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature
drops due to lower outside air temperatures for an additional fee. When heated, the
temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. Pool
temperatures are set for the 87 degrees, but as the temperatures drop, so do the pool
temperatures. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take
advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay,
it cannot be turned on and off daily.
EVENTS:

- This property does not currently accommodate special events. i.e. Corporate events,
holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc.
For your reference, the City defines “vacation rentals” or “short term rentals” as dwelling
units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the

We were greeted by wonderful property manager, gave us a tour of the home. House was spotless. Amenities galore. Did not have to leave the home. Very happy!

12 Men Golf Trip

House was great to sleep 12 golfers. Close to great courses and the outside was a great place to watch the NCAA tournament, play cards and relax after golf. Would definitely go back.

Guys Golf Trip

Place was perfect for our yearly 12 guy golf trip! The amenities were fantastic... tons of beds and bathrooms with showers so we never had any issues. The backyard was awesome to hang out and chill. Will definitely comeback in the future! And, location was perfect... never more than 15-30 minutes from any of the golf courses we played!

Had a very nice time enjoying the home with family for a week. Home of this caliber needs a a few more items for the kitchen, and me being a nice corkscrew. Beds were comfortable, home was clean. Closets need more hangers.
