You'll be protected by the lanai, so there's no need to worry about the weather. Fire up the private gas grill and enjoy a true vacation barbecue. The indoor full kitchen features an extra-long breakfast bar for serving or assembling grab-and-go dishes. The entire interior is well spaced, cooled by central air conditioning throughout. Each bedroom has a curated design, and the main bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom. The laundry room, in addition to a private washer/dryer, features a deep sink so you can wash bathing suits by hand. Need to finish remote work? A desk workspace is all set up for you. Downtown Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda are close by, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. There's so much fun to be had at this home!

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
