There’s no need to sacrifice comfort and indulgence while enjoying nature here. From the moment you step into the cabin, you're welcomed to leave your worries and your shoes at the door. Indoor and outdoor slippers are provided for your added comfort. The cabin has 5-star hotel amenities including all-natural ESA bathroom toiletries, soft and cozy linens and bedding, plush towels, two cold air conditioning units, fully-equipped kitchen with all new full-size appliances, full-size washer and dryer, filtered water throughout the cabin including a spa experience in the shower - filtered rain shower and aromatherapy shower steamers, WIFI (speed is at the highest available for the rural area), a large flatscreen TV in the living room and another medium-sized flatscreen in the main bedroom all outfitted with many free popular streaming apps, workspace with an adjustable ergonomic computer stand, blackout shades throughout the entire cabin, one bedroom with a luxury Euro-top queen bed, a sleeping large loft with a luxury queen-size bed as well as a twin-size sleeper sofa with additional linens and weighted blanket in the living room so you and four guests can sleep peacefully during your stay.

Outside, a fire pit and propane gas BBQ grill have been conveniently placed on the sprawling stunning patio that includes ample seating and a table underneath a large and intimately-lighted gazebo for summertime picnics. The backyard has a privacy fence. We have outdoor games such as cornhole, badminton and/or ladder toss for the family to have fun together! Rainy day? Do not worry because we have you covered! Popular board games, puzzles, card games, and books are in your cabin in our "tech-disconnect" center. Want to sleep under the stars? Each cabin has its own planetarium projector placed in the loft. Just one click and you're in space!

The cabin sits across the street from a private membership campground and the lake providing tranquility and serenity surrounded by large trees. The area and neighborhood bestows the most spectacular view of the sunset against the mountains and lakes. For the fishing, kayaking and boating lovers and lake access, the closest boat ramp is just 6-8 minutes away drive and another just a few minutes more. Hiking by the lake is just 2 minutes away by car and Buck's Pocket and the Lake Guntersville State Park are just 10 minutes away is filled with hiking trails, golf, zip lining and so much more.

Complimentary coffee (Keurig machine), tea, sugar, creamer, basic spices, bathroom necessities and your first bundle of firewood are included with your short-stay (up to a week).

Note: WE LOVE PETS! Although there is no size or breed restriction on your dog(s), we do ask that your pets are fully vaccinated (up to date with their annual shots), on flea/tick/heartworm medication, and that they are potty-trained. We don't ask to see vaccination records, but for the safety of our neighborhood and any additional fees, please make sure this is adhered to prior to your stay.

Our ViP Pet Fee: Mandatory $25 Per Pet Per Stay (not per night). XL breeds will be an additional $75. Because of our huge passion for all pets, we have partnered with 2nd Chance Shelter in Boaz, Alabama to help homeless pets with their medical needs, care while at the shelter, and their journey to find their own home. We pledge that we will donate 100% of the "Pet Fee" up to $25 per pet to 2nd Chance Shelter. You've heard of the saying, TWO BIRDS - ONE STONE: Vacation at our ViP beautiful cabins and your fee will be donated to this AMAZING and WORTHY cause. We have two meanings for ViP: Very Important People and Very Important PETS!

5th guest + fee: An additional fee of $45 per guest, per night will be added after the 4th guest to cover the additional cleaning, utilities and incidentals. Please select the total number of guests (adults and children including babies) that will stay at the cabins.

Cleaning Fee: Mandatory $125 for a deep clean and sanitation is added for each stay. For stays longer than 2 weeks, we require an inspection(s) of your cabin and may require an additional cleaning fee paid by the guest in between their stay. Note: We do not allow our guests to wash bed linens and towels to protect the items. If you need a fresh set, please let us know. The guest is expected to remove the used items and swap out for the fresh sets and placed by the guests.

THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE ALABAMA VACATION RENTAL ACT AND MANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT ARE GOVERNED BY THOSE STATUTES. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY AS A VACATION RENTAL.
