The home was just as described and the view awesome!We are familiar with Alto and loved the location. This was our first VRBO and set the bar very high for any future visits of which we will probably try to stay at Alto Grand View if at all possible. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely property in the Alto Lakes area. The layout of the home is perfect for both couples and families, with multiple dining areas in the spacious great room. There is ample space for groups to gather & a small refrigerator adjacent to the family area on the lower level. We were very pleased with the management staff & their efforts to accommodate special requests. In particular, the cleaning personnel did an excellent job preparing the home for our stay. We will return.

Alto View

This was our second stay at Alto View and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. It was a peaceful retreat with beautiful view from every balcony. We hope to be back again in the future.

The property was immaculate and everything in mint condition. Very peaceful with great views of the mountains inside the living area and on the deck.

Patio door didn’t work properly, no trash bags other than one, no vinegar for dishwasher even though instructions called for it, billed as a four-bedroom even though one has beds but is not a “bedroom”. This property is good, not great.

Awesome view

The views and location makes this prosperity amazing but the house itself needs some TLC. Downstairs toilets are very old, no coverings on bedroom windows and patio doors Downstairs The home was not fully stocked... only one trashbag, only one roll of p. Towels, etc. But did have kitchen supplies like plates, pans, utensils, etc. Downstairs thermostat not working correctly. But the home looked beautiful inside and out and location is amazing. Just needs more attention. trash bags,

The home is very nice, with beautiful views of the mountains. We had several issues upon arrival that I will say, the property manager group jumped on very quickly. Several light bulbs were out; the downstairs bedroom on the west side, along with the extra room that has been converted into a bedroom were great except that there was no window coverings to block out the sunlight if needed. We had small children that stayed in both bedrooms and really wanted the window coverings for nap time and also for when the sun rose in the morning not to wake them up too early. The property manager had people come and hang coverings the second day so we greatly appreciated that. The only reason that I gave this home a good rating instead of excellent is because it seems that these things could have been seen and taken care of before guests come, especially the entryway light flashing off and on constantly the minute you turn the light switch on. Also no lightbulbs in the staircase light and then a couple of lamps downstairs with no bulbs.Again, it’s a beautiful home, especially loved the big open room for all the family to gather with plenty of space! Thank you again to the property managers for being so agreeable and helpful very quickly. I would stay there again!

Wonderful home with beautiful views. Great location, safe neighborhood and easy drive into town. Will definitely stay here again. Good communication with the property manager. Never heard back from the owner. We would have appreciated heavier blankets for the beds. One of the reviews mentioned no window coverings in one bedroom and the room with twin beds. We assumed that had been corrected but the windows still have no coverings. All the premier homes we’ve rented have been well stocked with supplies. The bathroom off of the kitchen had no soap. The other sinks had tiny soaps without soap trays. We were surprised that these details had been ignored since it has a premier host rating. Again, it’s a beautiful home with stunning views. Next time we will bring our own supplies or hopefully the small details will be corrected. But the lack of window coverings should be addressed because the house is located in a neighborhood.

The pros:Excellent location within Alto, easy to get to golf courses and Clubhouse. Good WiFi connection and instructions. The cons:Poor communication with third party management!! No timely check-in instructions after sending several requests. Instead, I was asked to sign a third document verifying things like maximum guests, minimum ages, no pets, number of parking spaces , etc. that had been previously agreed to one month prior to our trip. No cleaning products to use to wipe down countertops.No salt or pepper or condiments of any type or provided. We were booked for five days, but coffee was provided for two only. Plan on stopping at the local grocery store to pick up everything you may possibly need.We are over 65, retired couple who owns property in the neighborhood and are building a home. We also belong to the country club in the same area as the rental property. My photo id from the Alto Lakes Country Club (that the rental property owners also belong to) was not sufficient for the management company.
