This is a cheerful two-bedroom apartment the size of which will surprise you. In addition to two large bedrooms, there is a generous separate dining room, a living room, and a full-sized kitchen. The floors show the quality of the original construction and the architectural details go back to a by-gone era. The washer and dryer add an element of convenience. Also, included is high speed WiFi and 125+ channel TV. Off-street parking is also available.
The property is in the established part of Cheyenne called “the Avenues.” It is a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located in the central part of Cheyenne with quick access to the downtown, Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Warren Air Force Base, I-25, and many of Cheyenne’s amenities. Lion’s Park is located within walking distance. There you will find walking paths, open green area for picnics, the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, and Frontier Park—the location of Cheyenne Frontier Days.
