Great place!

This property is clean, comfortable and close to beaches and shopping. Easy check in/check out and the hosts responded quickly to any questions. We had such fun watching the boats and pelicans from the balcony. We would stay here again.

Nice Place

Very nice place a great location. Only downside is no cable package so you have to out to watch the football games.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I visited Sarasota for the first time, and were especially happy with our accommodations. This unit was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the peacefulness of our trip here. We hope to return some time in the future.

The Strand

The Strand was everything as advertised. Very clean, quite, great location to downtown Sarasota.Clara was very nice and responsive to all our questions immediately.

As advertised

Very clean, easy in and out with parking garage. Pool was heated and warm enough to swim in, fitness room was very nice, would stay here again.

Very quiet, perfect dog-friendly unit. We slept great, the kitchen had all the essentials, the balcony had comfy chairs. Everything you hope for! The hairdryer quit on the second use. A new one was delivered the same day. Super management.

Stay at the Strand

The apartment was ideal for our needs. Since my husband and I arise at different times, it was convenient to have a separate room for the early riser.

Great Sarasota Location

We stayed at this property for 11 days and absolutely loved it. We will for sure stay again soon. Location was wonderful and convenient, and the property was very secure with gated entrance and your own numbered covered parking. The property was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The only thing it did not have were chairs to take to the beach but we purchased them and left them for the next renters to enjoy.

Great location, nice new place.

Our one week stay went entirely too fast! Only negative was that the TV was streaming only. We figured out (on our own, there were no instructions on how to get network TV) how to subscribe to a service in order to watch the Super Bowl.

Amazing and fully stocked Condo

This is definitely a high end condo and it shows in the finishes and attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking and dining needs. The condo also had plenty of beach towels, several beach bags and even a cooler pack for the beach or pool. Parking spot was conveniently located near the elevator. Easy access to all that downtown Sarasota has to offer and a short drive over the Causeway to St. Armands. Views of the marina from the balcony are beautiful both in the morning and after dark.

Next time we hope to stay longer!

We typically stay in the Sarasota area for 4-6 weeks. Circumstances prevented that this year but somewhat last minute we squeezed in a week's stay. This condo was perfect - it was extremely clean, very nicely decorated, all the amenities we wanted and needed. The location was great for access downtown, St Armand's Circle, and the beach (though the red tide was early this year so we didn't spend a lot of time on the beach.) The pool, hot tub and workout room were terrific. The condo is extremely well stocked and has a lovely outdoor space overlooking the canal that presented a nice view. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out was easy! We will stay again!

I would definitely rent directy from the owner. The owner of this property is in France. Spent the first week of my 7 week stay fixing several problems. They started befre I even got there. They only send you codes and information the day you check in. Only one key was left for me, should have been 2. That started the process of problems. Locksmith was eventually called and I was out 250 dollars. All could have been avoided if both keys had been left for me. View is nice, all furniture is worn out, bed is lumping and confronter is completely balled up. Would not stay here again.

Regarding the maintenance issues, please note that each concern was addressed promptly and resolved the same day it was reported. As for the key situation, there were two keys provided prior to your arrival. When the lock began sticking, we replaced it entirely to ensure your comfort and security, and you received two brand-new keys. Unfortunately, when you lost both keys the following day, a locksmith was required — which is not something we can be responsible for, as all keys had been provided to you. Concerning the bed and comforter, we were not made aware of any issues during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly addressed them right away to make your experience more comfortable. We always strive to provide our guests with the best service possible. Wishing you all the best and safe travels in the future.
