The rooms are large. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Pet friendly. Apartment is on the third floor.

Loved my Over the Rhine pink room! Listing looked exactly liked the pictures and loved the walkability. Both the location and accommodations were perfect for my stay.I had a few thoughts that withheld this from being a 5 star stay. - There were a few holes in the wall- It felt the AC never quite got cold enough- The bed was creaky and could be more comfortable- And I'd love additional storage in the shower for my own personal productsIt's a super charming apartment and had a great stay here. Thank you!

This place was so great. It’s adorable, it’s exactly how it’s pictured. It’s very clean. I hope to stay here again sometime soon. Very conveniently located for restaurants and things to do!

The overwhelming pros:- communicative host- easy check-in- extra easy check-out (all we had to do was run the dishwasher)- comfortable furniture- nice towels- great location and lovely neighborhood- building has great character- lots of dining nearby and close to UC (we were in town to visit our 18 year-old and it was a quick uber to campus)- gentleman playing piano on the sidewalk next door - he was great and it was lovely while waiting for my husband to bring the car around on Sunday morning - wifi is solid Things to be aware of - not cons necessarily but just some things to know:- there is no parking at the unit. Street parking is permit only, but there is a garage a couple blocks away (as mentioned by the host in check-in communications) that is only 15 for 24 hours- unit 15 (pretty in pink) is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Staircase is beautiful but steep and winding.

Nice stay in the OTR

Great little place in the Cincy OTR area. Listing was as advertised and perfect for our short stay. Unit was very clean and well maintained.

The perfect location with the perfect decorations

My stay was amazing. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance and the apartment looked just like the pictures. I just wish I knew that it was on the top floor. Glad my brother was there to handle my luggage lol.

Apartment is nice but check in information wasn't given to me until exactly check in time, which made me feel nervous and out of control when trying to plan/make sure things were set. Parking was an issue, street parking or walking to a garage down the street that was 15. Seems like a company with owns several of these apartments and is trying to be corporate about check in like a hotel but there are a few hiccups to work out as far as communication. Overall good, just a different process than I'm used to

Close to TQL, many restaurants, OTR shopping

Decor was nice, and we liked how close it was to the various places we wanted to visit. Easy walking distance. 4th floor walk up - spiral staircase, not for those prone to dizziness! Drawbacks could be street noise, but we didn’t have too much of a problem with that. Could use a more detailed cleaning, but I would still recommend. I had one question during our stay, and received a very quick response.
