Coconut Cabana: A restored Old Town home with charm & tropical ambience

An Old town Key West home, located in the Historic District and just one half a block off Duval Street. Guests are within walking distance of restaurants, the Atlantic Ocean, Southernmost Point of Key West and our sunset piers. All lovingly restored and cared for, this charming 1 and a half story home is beautifully decorated with warm tropical colors and features bamboo hardwood floors. This home features three bedrooms and two baths.

The main bedroom is on the first floor with ensuite bath. Upstairs two bedrooms adjoin the second bath. There's a total of Three TV's in the house. The living room has French doors which open to your own private deck and garden with a heat-optional, lagoon style, black bottom, dip pool surrounded by lush vegetation. There is an outdoor table and nearby gas grill for outside/open air dining.

Bedding: 2 kings, 2 twins.
Parking is on-street.

The location of the house, coupled with the pool and the beauty of the house itself means I’d only want to stay here anytime I come to Key West. It had all the amenities you’d expect and was a dream house to boot. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Rent KeyWest was fantastic and we highly recommend the house. The staff were super responsive if we had any questions or needed anything and the house is in a great location--quiet and felt residential, but we literally parked the car when we arrived and didn't drive it again until we left for the airport. We walked everywhere. Wonderful trip!

We absolutely loved this property. Our favorite rental in KW so far. Very clean, conveniently located and most importantly very comfortable. Will book again 100%.

The artwork & style throughout was a standout for me, but the cocktail pool stole the show. After a full day of walking the island, quick rinse, and sinking into that water is exactly what you want. A private oasis. The landscaping is beautiful, the kitchen is genuinely high-end, and the mattresses were excellent — everyone slept well.We traveled as three generations, and the three bedrooms plus multiple hangout spaces made it work perfectly. Everyone had somewhere to retreat to and somewhere to gather. The washer and dryer was more useful than we expected (swimsuits!). The quiet residential street was a welcome break from the Duval energy, and parking overall was fine once we got the hang of it.Location-wise, you can’t do better. Within a block: wonderful breakfast cafés, great Italian, the best ice cream on the island, and mini doughnuts. Most things are even walkable from there.Thank you to the owners for the vision — and for the clear instructions on caring for the home, which made it easy to leave it as beautifully as we found it. This property made our trip. Well worth every penny.

This house was the cutest, most perfect set up for our group of 6 ladies ranging from 58 - 83 years old. There was a perfect amount of space for all of us and we were able to sit around and visit in every space and still being able to escape to our spacious rooms if needed. A bathroom on the lower level and one on the upper level. Which was great. Although, never enough for 6 women, we still made it work. :) We already are discussing our trip next year and planning on staying at the same house!!
