Your home away from home. This is a 3 BR 2 Bath in a small neighborhood only 15 minutes from campus. Sleeps 6-8 in beds and 1-2 on the couch and loveseat. Two Amazon Fire TVs with high-speed wifi perfect for working while out of town or streaming.

If you have an issue with cleaning up after your pup, my home is not the place for you. Dogs are the only pets allowed. I have provided puppy beds so please keep them off of the couches and Please clean up after them. A pooper scooper and bags are provided.

Very clean and well maintained property. Quiet friendly neighborhood and very close to stores. The host is responsive and eager to make your stay a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back to stay there.

Property is about 12 minutes from the University of Alabama. Home is in a decent neighborhood, but surrounding area is not desirable.Home was cleaned as well as it can be. When beds were striped as owner requested, mattress pads had dark stains. Owner communicated often, but started off complaining about prior guests and house issues and should have known it would not end on a good note.

I agree that the surrounding area of Tuscaloosa varies by neighborhood, which is why I provide the exact property location before booking so guests can determine whether it meets their needs. Regarding the communication you referenced, I was not complaining about prior guests. I explained that turnover was taking longer than usual because I was addressing extra cleaning and laundry between reservations while coordinating your arrival time. My goal was simply to keep you informed. The mattress pads you mentioned are protective covers that have some permanent discoloration from normal use and laundering, but they are cleaned and sanitized between every stay. After hosting many successful stays, experiences like this have reinforced my decision to transition the property back to a long-term rental beginning in July. I take pride in maintaining a clean property and providing responsive communication, which is reflected in the overwhelming majority of my reviews. I wish you the best in your future travels.

We spent a weekend here for a wedding. The place is very pet friendly with a large fenced in back yard. There were even pet bowls and toys for them to enjoy. The place was very clean and had a large assortment of kitchen supplies ; cooking, dishes and spices. The pictures are very accurate that you see online and it is very well decorated. We had one small doorknob issue and the host was immediately ready to send someone out to fix it but we were able to get it fixed ourselves. The master bedroom was a nice size with a firm mattress. The two guest bedrooms had softer mattress and were also cute with large closets. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again next time we are in the area. Tiffany was very quick to respond with answers to our questions and we wish her the best in the future with her rentals.

Great Stay

Had coworkers stay at this house while in town for a class. Great house, great location and communication with the owner was great. We will definitely be back.

Stay in Tuscaloosa

The property was great for our stay in Tuscaloosa. Tiffany was a wonderful host. We ended up needing to extend our stay a few times and the communication and assistance was exceptional. We would definitely book again if we are ever back in town.

Prime Location

House was well stocked with needed items. Towels, grilling accessories, and furniture. Not very far from campus or stadium (10min Uber to BDS). Quite neighborhood. Definitely be back!

Stop searching and book this one!

Tiffany was a great host. She stayed in contact with us before and during our trip. The house was clean, plenty of room for our group of 7, nicely decorated without being cluttered, in a nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near great food places, shopping etc. She provided us with a list of everything in the house and where we could find it, scentsy wax warmers, comfy pillows and the best bath towels! We will definitely stay here again!

Tiffany is amazing. Haven’t met her. But just love her. She asked all the time if we needed anything. The house was immaculate. The beds super comfortable. The fenced yard for our furbabies was very clean. I liked that. I loved the location. 15 minutes to the stadium. But what I really liked was her asking us about previous VRBO experiences and what we didn’t like. I thought that was super cool!

Nice quiet neighborhood

This is a comfortable three bedroom two bathroom house with a spacious living room and open kitchen area. I had great communication with the host. She also addressed any issues that I encountered quickly and efficiently. If I’m ever back in Tuscaloosa, I will stay here.

We rented this property because my son had a tournament at the local college and we needed a base of operations in the area and we were bringing our dogs. The property seemed like it was going to be great. The property manager even agreed to an early check-in. We were so happy.We arrive and the neighborhood is between a beautiful neighborhood and a partially condemned apartment complex—- with plywood over several doors … ok we can deal with that.The next thing we see, as we enter the property is dirty dog beds… then we see a dirty refrigerator door… then toast crumbs on the counter…Keeping in mind that we are on a hard timeline we could not leave to find another place so we buckled down, and CLEANED EVERYTHING.All hard surfaces in the kitchen were wiped and cleaned, the refrigerator, all linens and towels.Both bathrooms were cleaned.Then top it off, the pots and pans were completely unusable.The property manager is a nice person, but The cleaning staff should be replaced.I could not believe that we were having this experience on a highly rated property. I will just drop one picture of the pots and pans…and cooking utensil…We had to go buy an inexpensive pot/pan set and cooking/serving utensils.

I am so sorry! I will replace anything that is not usable. My sister cleaned and apparently dropped the ball. I think this is an exaggeration though bc I was there immediately after you and the dog beds were not dirty. I’m not just the property manager. I am the owner and asked numerous times if things were okay. If you had let me know, I could have made arrangements to come take care of it myself so maybe next time, be honest and use your words.
