Quiet country property, near rivers, complete with farm animals and wildlife.

Enjoy the sites & sounds of horses and cows as they graze in nearby pastures. Chickens & ducks free roam the ranch. 2 bedroom 1 bath, lower level guest suite with private entrance. Bathroom has jetted tub with shower. Common area has large TV and pool table with a futon for additional guest sleeping. Host can also provide a pack n play on request for tiny tots.

We are pet friendly. If you are traveling with livestock, we have indoor or outdoor stalls which can be rented. The facility also provides both an outdoor arena and an indoor warm up arena. Owners are avid back country packers in the Bob Marshall complex. They can provide answers to your wilderness trail questions.

Nearby activities include fly fishing the blue ribbon trout corridor of the Missouri. Floating or kayaking. First People State Park, Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, Gibson reservoir and Smith River rafting trip end point (Chaos / Eden Bridge). Great Falls International Airport is closeby.

Clean and comfortable place for our week in the Great Falls area. Hosts were very nice and responsive to our needs. Beautiful views from the property. Convenient to Great Falls. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This basement apartment was comfortable, clean and relaxing for my family of 4. We enjoyed experiencing the country outside of Great Falls. Lots of wildlife to see and beautiful landscape. Thank you!

When we got here we were tired. We got inside with no issues, and were immediately satisfied with the cozy, clean and CUTEness of this place. Not to mention how they have it setup as a house. Traveling needs are definitely found here. Luckily I didn’t forget anything this trip. So we didn’t have to use much. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d need to cook anything. From simple meals, to a steak dinner. There was a grill and utensils for it. They had complimentary eggs. Condiments, basic seasonings, pots and pans, dishes, food processor, coffee maker. The rooms are set up perfectly for a decent size family/ get together in a quiet country living rental. Back yard was huge, temperature was nice. Ran into the owner a couple times, she/ they were really friendly. Welcome to Montana. We will for sure be back to this one.

Absolutely awesome

We LOVED it. Beautiful scenery, very clean and everything you needed even farm fresh eggs and milk in the fridge for us! The owners are very pleasant and helpful if anything is needed. We will stay there again if we get in the area. Thak you again for everything!

Pleasant stay.

Quiet and peaceful property. Had trouble finding property google maps sent me a different direction. Property owner very kind and available. There was a miscommunication with my reservation and she was pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend.

Fantastic location for a mini vacation

This location has it all!! Fantastic views, close to the city while still being far enough out of town to enjoy the serenity of the country. A beautiful pool table for hours of entertainment, a massive tv and living room to enjoy with tons of room to relax. A full kitchen and beautiful bathroom with luxurious spa tub, ambient lighting & the easiest bluetooth I’ve ever used! The bedrooms had bountiful space provided for multiple sleeping options. The host was more than generous, when it comes to communication & providing information, bathroom essentials, water bottles even eggs for breakfast. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend & genuinely looking forward to staying in this wonderful location again one day!!

Basement Apartment in a Gorgeous Rural Setting

We absolutely loved the view from this High Plains ranch home! There are sweeping pastures with Pronghorn and Deer leading to mountain ranges on three sides, with the snowcapped Rockies in the distance. There was abundant birdlife like long-billed curlews, Say's Phoebes, tree swallows, etc. I loved that there were two sources that let natural light into the basement, the glass front doors and a master bedroom window. The only negatives were no lights under the cabinets for cooking in the counter area, and no shelves or cloths rack in the master bedroom closet. I think the property is still a bit in progress, but the hosts are working on it and were extremely helpful, even willing to drop me off and pick me up for fly-fishing while my wife was in town with the car. They also introduced our granddaughter to their farm animals! It was an excellent getaway to relax and decompress. My wife and I love the wide-open spaces and this place is right in the middle of Big Sky country. It was good for our farm kid souls. We would definitely come back.

Thank you Stanley for gracious comments and much needed feedback. Yes we are still improving the property. We will be getting a closet rack in the master bedroom. Thanks for mentioning it. There is one in the 2nd bedroom along with a light in the fan over the stove.

Great quiet place in the country plains away from town on a ranch, but still close enough to town to run for anything you needed - 20 minutes. Easily sleeps at least 6-8 people. Would just suggest a fan during the summer for air movement in each sleeping area, otherwise nothing to complain about. Nice, clean basement living quarters. Host was gracious when we arrived about 45 minutes early and let us check in right away. The host was quick to respond when messaged via VRBO with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
