A Pleasant Stay

A clean, very functional little apartment in an area pretty far from downtown. But we were very glad to have a comfortable place to come “home” to. All the necessities were supplied. Comfortable beds. Good shower!

Wonderful apartment

The unit is true to the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are comfortable. The property manager is very responsive. I would stay again.

Would stay again, but bring my own blankets Close to public transportation. Street parking was difficult, got a 90.00 parking ticket.

The apartment was fine, if a little careworn. The location is not ideal for sightseeing. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street. The rooftop offers nice views.

Really good place to visit Montreal

The apartment is in a block of other apartments for short time stay, it has got avery nice terrace on the roof with a wonderful view over the MontRoyal and even the St.Lorenz river. Inside the apartment everything was perfect for a short stay: good beds, very quiet in the night, everything for cooking. The communication with the owner was very good, quick and helpful. There is a bus just 2min away (nr.90) to the metro Vendome, so we reached every place in the town easily. For shopping there is big supermarket about 800m away in the St.Jacques Street in the direction out of town, it closes at 7pm as we found out the first evening. We would certainly come again, thank you!

Raised my expectations for booking with Vrbo

We stayed for 4 nights, the owner communicated everything we needed just as described and continuously checked in and let us know about any disturbances during our stay. The apartment was easy to find, right beside the bus stop. The apartment was very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The mattresses were a little rough to sleep on. But the air conditioning was great and no noise came from any of the neighbouring units. We were able to come and go quite easily, we loved how close it was to a Maxi. Next time we visit Montreal we will book this spot again.

We booked the 2 bedroom, 2 queen sized bed unit that houses 5 people. We had 4 people and were charged an extra 120 for 2 additional people (over 2). We requested a correction and were told they had received approval from vrbo to be able to charge extra for more than 2 guests. The description says there are no additional fees over the price listed - that is a lie!Did not receive the code for our unit until 9:30 pm leaving us stranded in Montreal for 6 hrs. past check in time of 3:30 ,pm and we had to continuously push for it!Unit was fairly clean but lacked some basic elements - oven mits dish cloths. Bedrooms hot - only 1 of the bedrooms had a working fan.Nice rooftop area - couches were worn, hot tub didn't work, no bbq as advertised and so we brought steaks we couldn't bbq.20 min walk to metro station - fairly far to areas for sightseeing and downtown.

Please don’t stay here! It is in a busy auto repair area with lots of auto shops and junk cars. It is not close to anything and you cannot feasibly walk to any place to get something to eat or drink. The parking is an additional 24 a day! The available parking is street parking, you will get tickets. I have to pay three parking tickets . I also did not feel safe having to walk long distances with my family stop when I was able to find parking The unit itself is not well described. It is smaller than any place we’ve ever stayed and not comfortable. They have an old worn out couch that is not like the one on the picture. Also the rooftop furniture is horrible. It looks like worn out thrift furniture. I let her know that I was not comfortable, and I was very unhappy as the place or the area was not accurately described. She was very nice but did not care. We had to seek out housekeeping for toiletries and other items. They did not check on the unit, not once. Again please do not stay here!

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons séjourné durant 3 semaines à l'appartement durant des traitements médicaux que recevait ma mère au CUSM. L'emplacement est situé à 5 minutes en voiture de l'hôpital, ce qui était parfait pour nous. L'appartement est somme toute petit, mais très fonctionnel et très bien aménagé, mais pourrait faire l'objet de quelques améliorations dans les équipements de cuisine (peu d'ustensiles dispo inibles
