Comfortable stay and value for money

Lovely size for a couple. Great location for beach, supermarket, doctor. Quiet and safe.We didn't end up using the pool but did check it out and it looked very inviting. The apartment itself had everything we needed to self cater or just relax. Check in process was easy - good communication and was a relaxed self check in process.Highly recommend this property especially for a long stay, good value for money.

Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend.

Exactly as described. Very clean and had all the amenities needed for our 7 day stay. It is a very peaceful area that is surrounded by wildlife. Refreshing pool area to cool off and lounge. 5 min drive to beach.

Loved the pool my daughter and i used it quite a bit,the area was nice and quiet, got to see the green monkey's walking by ,it was a good stay ,a car is required as the walk to the main road for public transit is very long and not fun in the heat. Over all i would rebook .

We moved on as Property was not to put liking and not in line with listing.Several emails and messages left for owner requesting refunds brought no response other than to ask us to specify our reasons for not wanting to stay and reqing

Really disappointing

Whilst appearing close to the coast, without a car this is not for you as no public transport.We expected to see the Manager upon our our arrival. Instead we were welcomed by the cleaner who needed 20 minutes to finish her dutiesThere were just two towels of minimal size provided and when asked about more, the cleaner pointed to the washing machine. I messaged the Manager who said he would send more towels but never did for the 9 nights. Immediately we had problems with water pressure and this led to a multiple texts and phone calls with the Manager who seemed to think we didn't know how to operate the basin tap and the shower valve. By Day 4 the shower head was replaced and this solved that problem. On Day 5 a plumber came to fix the basin tap. At no point did the Manager visitWe asked early on in our stay when the Pool was cleaned as it looked green with debris at the bottom. I never received an answer and we never used it. The mattress was bobbly and with no mattress cover every bobble was felt through the thin sheet. We went out and purchased a mattress cover. The bedspread was stained as was the sofa, so we also bought a blanket, laundered the bedspread and used it as a throw over the sofa. The WiFi worked but the Digicel line we used on our mobiles was not so good as evidenced by the patchy phone calls we had with the Manager. The TV and apps worked well.
