Welcome to the only Gainesville rental with Mini Golf! Home has a a spacious and private backyard. It is equipped with a full Cornhole set and fire pit seating area! The house is tucked away in a quiet street, but in a central location perfect to get to campus, downtown, and more. Free Early Check-in at 2pm!

The sleeping arrangement is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms, a futon in the living room, and a queen size luxury inflatable mattress. There is accommodation for up to 7 adults. Both queen beds in the rooms are memory foam mattresses so can rest assure you will get a great night's sleep!

Wow!!

What a perfect perfect place!! Cute, quaint, perfectly appointed! AND coffee!! We just love our little bungalow. After being kicked out of our previous rental a day early(hmm I thought March had 31 days) Marlon was kind enough and had availability a day early! Bless his heart! Mini golf was a hoot!! Relaxed and enjoyed the property, and the local restaurants! Absolutely a perfect place! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

A Gainesville Gem

The house is cozy, clean, and stylish, with thoughtful touches like games and snacks.The backyard was definitely the highlight, featuring mini-golf, a fire pit, cornhole, and plenty of well-maintained space to relax.It’s on a quiet street that's conveniently close to UF, downtown, and everything we needed.Marlon was super responsive and accommodating too, though everything was already thoughtfully prepared—we checked into a warm space that stayed cozy during one of the coldest weekends here!Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

House Okay; Yard Not.

House was okay, but the yard is in need of serious attention. It is mostly sand and weeds, and many shrubs, trees, and bushes need either severe trimming or removal. If I were the owner, perhaps my biggest concern would be the vines growing on the house itself. They certainly need to be removed.

Quiet and close

Quiet neighborhood close to downtown action. Easy check in and out and excellent communication. Definitely on our list of places we would return to.

Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist.

Excellent!!! 5 Stars for sure

We've stayed here twice in last three weeks while visiting UF Vet School for a sick pup. Host is super responsive! House is very clean and comfortable. Great backyard for humans and pups alike. Will be staying again later this month.

Worked out great for us and our fur babies

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights along with our dogs. The house was perfect for us, nice quiet neighborhood, very relaxing after long stressful days at Shands, away from mainstream but still very conveniently located to everything. Looks just like pictures, very clean, very comfortable beds. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Host!!! (The house is pretty great too.)

Marlon was an amazing host! Communication was excellent and he truly cares about his guests! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! The property is just as described. Clean, cute and fun! I was in town alone for a class at U of F, but I could see this being the perfect property for a family or group of friends to just kick back, relax and enjoy Gainesville! Thank you for sharing your awesome property!!

Great house/ Great value

We enjoyed are stay! The house is about 10-15 min away from UF campus. An easy drive to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly our Gator! We all really appreciated the very comfortable mattresses and ceiling fans…but our favorite features were the huge fenced in backyard and fire pit. The location was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a “do again.”

Super Cute place

This place was perfect, Looks just like the pictures. Very quiet location. Sitting in the backyard was so peaceful. Would definitely book again if in the area for sure! I had orientation for a new job in the area and decided to make a fun trip out of it. We brought our mountain bikes and were very close to riding trails. Close to many eating places. Recommend eating at Harry's Seafood and Mojo Hogtown BBQ. About 5 minutes away.

Great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for - quiet and clean. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of having shampoo, body wash & hand soap in the bathroom, as well as dish soap, sponge & even complimentary coffee in the kitchen! Thanks for providing a Keurig machine. We use one at home and usually miss it when we travel, but not this time. Also the fenced in back yard was great for our little dog. Owner was easy to communicate with and instructions on access to the house, the tv & wifi were all very clear. Overall great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Decor, Clean, & All You Would Need

Located on a turn-around street with one way in and out, traffic was minimum, and the area was quiet. I enjoyed sitting in the large back yard which is privacy fenced watching my little dog play while I listened to the birds. The bed was comfortable, home had everything needed and then some. It was very, very clean and decor was beautiful. Even though I was staying for a medical procedure in Gainesville, the home made it seem like a vacation. I would recommend this home to anyone seeking a beautiful place that is quiet yet centrally located. The host kept me informed and was pleasant to communicate with.

Great location

My husband & I came up to Gainesville with our small dog to see our granddaughter's ballet recital at The UF Performing Arts Center. This house was just what we needed. It was close by & just as pictured. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean & had everything we needed. I wish we could have enjoyed the back yard more. It was very large & fenced in with chairs around a fire pit. Unfortunately, we were only there one night & it was pouring rain. The beds & bedding were very comfortable. We would definitely go back.

Comfortable, Cute and Thoughtful

Turns out this was the perfect choice for our week long stay in Gainesville. Very clean setting and tastefully chosen decor and kitchen/bath accoutrements. If you arrive late the host got you covered with snacks and a variety of teas and coffees until to can make a Publix run yourself, which is very close by. There’s a big fenced yard for kids and four legged family members with seating and a fire pit. Off street parking is perfect and made unloading and loading up easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were welcomed by at least two residents while we took our daily walks. We would definitely stay at this well cared for home again. We also appreciated the host reaching out during our stay to make sure all was well.
