Thanks for your feedback and being excellent renters. I also think the pool is a tad far for walking when carrying items, but as there are numerous parking spots there we normally drive over with a cooler and towels to enjoy the sun and the pool. Although I cannot change the distance to the pool, I will change the description on my overview to indicate that it's about a 5-minute walk but has parking available. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

I'd like to thank Peter and his wife for their patience with the carport replacement and how well they cared for my condo while they used it. They were excellent guests and I appreciate their insights. I apologize for the absence or low number of supplies, like hand soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels and dish washer tablets. This never happened before because monthly renters are responsible for their own consumables and my previous guests didn't replenish. After covid rentals have been robust, and as owners, we were not able make the trip across the county to be on property since early spring as we had in the past to make sure things were supplied. As a result of this new normal, we came up with a solution and are investing in a lockable supply closet that our cleaning service can access after renters exit with a supply checklist. Washing and drying sheets on exit day is a request not a demand. I am rephrasing the renter exit procedures to reflect this misunderstanding.

Marilyn, thank you for the wonderful review of your stay at our property. We pride ourselves in providing clean and comfortable accommodations that we hope will exceed expectations. As is the case with all of the Augusta Villa properties, the washer and dryers are just outside the master bedroom in the enclosed storage area. We hope that you are able to come back and stay with us again next year.
