With 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 common living rooms, a fenced-in backyard, a large swimming pool and many other modern amenities, this upgraded beauty can entertain large families. The entire place has been remodeled and well-maintained by its caring owners.

Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb our neighbors – especially during 11 pm and 8 am, and upon arrival and departure.
Guests are prohibited from entering and using the storage room upstairs, a storage closet in the bedroom downstairs and upstairs attic.
House key is to remain in the possession of the primary guest and be returned to the lockbox upon checkout. The key should never be replicated.

Very large home

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The house was good size for large groups. Looking forward to renting next year.

Amazing!

This was the PERFECT spot for us to stop with our small children. There were plenty of toys both inside and out that entertained our children after our long drive. We look forward to potentially staying here again if we make the trip down south. We appreciate the host's hospitality!

Pictures are deceiving. House is sparsely decorated with very dated furniture. Reminded me of a frat house. Lots of DIY projects in this home that should have been left to a professional. Lots of rooms with no meaning

Owner was easy to contact. Everything was as listed. Water, coffee, and sparkling water was provided as well. Internet was fast. We would come back again.

Great amenities

Pool it was stated that the pool was just cleaned, however we found several dead large bugs and we cleaned them out. Also, we found numerous bugs that appeared to be roaches inside of the house. One in the half bath, and one in the kitchen and front living room area. In each bedroom they were very spacious and the fan was a great idea. My suggestion would be to provide hooks or clothing racks for each bedroom since the closets were locked. Great house for children. The bathrooms need bars or pegs to hang towels on. The hospitality provided was fantastic. The water, sodas, and toiletries for the bathrooms was amazing.

Gorgeous Home!

We were in Tifton for a while and this home was an absolute gem to stay in! The host is very responsive, and takes pride in maintaining their property, stopping by once a week to take care of the pool and yard, even when it was freezing out. We would love to stay again if we're in the area!

Great Stay!

We gathered here with our daughters and their families to reconnect and had a great time! The house is spacious and has plenty of room for being together as a group or apart for alone time. The pool table was a bonus. Much time was spent playing pool and laughing together. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market minutes away which was great. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Very spacious and roomy and nice house

The house and backyard was awesome! Plenty of room. The owners were very quick to respond to you and very nice! Overall we had a wonderful stay and glad we booked here

Family reunion

We were very please that the home was large enough for all 11 of us to gather comfortably. Homeowner went the extra mile and purchased a folding 6’ table to accommodate us.
