Fun resort for the teens and younger children, even in the off season. Lot's of activities. Unfortunately the arcade is under renovation and was not available which was a bit of a downer. It is suppose to be open 'soon' for the winter season.

The bathtub was not working, and the kitchen was missing some key food prep items, but overall the room was very good and comfortable.

Great location!

Amazing communication from both the owner and management company. The amenities at the Westgate are really top notch. The location is great for a ski in ski out vacation. Would stay again!!

Great stay

We had a great stay, the ski door to door ski valet was wonderful. Staff was amazing and room was clean. We had an issue with the shower and maintenance was quick to address it! We have been to Park City many times and Canyons is a fun side.

Excellent location, excellent amenities

Property manager was great and helped us resolve an issue. Building is older but all the facilities and proximity to everything made it unbeatable! Would book again!

Great property, staff, and service

Great accommodations. Clean and well maintained and stocked with all necessities. Convenient ski in/out location. Excellent service provided by skier services. Great communication throughout the entire process...from reservation, to check in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the condo and the property, and we have stayed at the property many times. We had an issue with the air-conditioning at check-in, which was fixed immediately.

This was our first time visiting Park City with our family of 5. The room had plenty of space and kitchen was supplied to cook meals. It was very convenient to get to the slopes and ski valet made it easier. Everything you basically needed was located on the property or at Canyons Village. We hope to make another visit in the future and would stay here again.

Great place to quick getaway

Great, clean place with everything you need present. Its located right next to the Marketplace, so you can get everything you missing just with 100ft. Pools at Westgate (3 pools -one outdoor, one half and half outdoor-indoor, and one relaxing adult only)..were very warm and relaxing. The only thing didn't work is was AC in the main living room ,but we didn't need it because it was still cold outside (around 40s at night) Overall its a great place!!

Winter wonders and woes

Definitely dated- one cabinet door precariously hanging ; sofas as beds, terribly uncomfortable( even for kids), some well -worn sheets were the negatives. Positives were location, free shuttle, cleanliness, Canyon’s New Year’s Eve celebration( music, fireworks), and skiing/snowboarding options.

Amazing location, comfortable layout, great resort amenities

We had a great stay and were very impressed by the overall resort and the layout of the condo for our family. Grandma stayed with the two older kids in the room with a king size bed and its own attached living room with pullout sofa. My wife and I stayed in the main bedroom with king size bed and enough room for our pack and play for our infant. No one had to stay in the common living room with pullout sofa which allowed for quieter mornings and a place to hang out in the evening after kids were asleep. The kitchen was serviceable and we were able to make our own meals most days (as long as you weren’t getting too fancy). The resort amenities were great. Most of the the time I find amenities to look good on paper but not that useful but that wasn’t the case here. The locker room for storing our gear made getting to the mountain each day a simple process. The ski valet made it so you never had to lug your equipment anywhere. Simply tell them if you wanted your skis/board waiting for you at the gondola or the front lobby where the shuttle could pick you up to go to the Park City side of the mountain. The drop off was just as easy. Leave your equipment by the gondola or front lobby and it was put away each night for you. The shuttle was on demand and easy to use. There was an activities center perfect for ages 1-8 and set up easily for a parent or grandparent to stay and watch their kids play (no drop off, adult required). Pool and hot tubs were nice as advertised.

Initially we had an issue with the property. The hotel had been cleaning or painting another adjacent property. The hotel, our host and everyone involved worked diligently to get us into a room that didn't have an odor and we were able to enjoy our vacation this could have been really bad, but they were all over it. Thank you to both Westgate and our Host Dave for making this a great vacation for us.
