Upgraded Huge Lakefront 1BR/2BA Blue Heron Beach Resort Condominium

Recently upgrade spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.
The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom.

The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two 4K Smart TVs (65in in Living and 55in in Master), along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a fitness room, multiple pools and hot tub spa, boardwalk and docks, tiki bar, arcade and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance.

Great Vacation

My husband and I stayed in the condo during our recent trip to Orlando and really enjoyed it. It is in a great location, close to WDW and restaurants. Great place to come back to and relax.

Great location

The condo was in a perfect location for our family trip to Universal. Check in and out was very easy, condo was well stocked and clean, it had everything we needed for our vacation.

Great way to do Disney

Husband took our 13 year old daughter for her birthday and it was perfect. Close to the Disney Parks, but she also loved the pool at the property. We would stay again with the whole family.

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was just as listed and had all of the needed amenities. We absolutely loved the pool and the lake! The sunrises were beautiful over the lake too.

The property was well kept and very clean.

It was perfect for what we needed and since my kids fish the lake was an added treat not to mention the pool. We'll stay there again when we return.

Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Also close to a number of good restaurants as well as being close to Disney. Traffic was challenging at times. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Great place!

Todd was very easy to work. Place was very clean and furniture very comfortable. Pool, hot tub and the property was excellent. We loved that there was a dunkin doughnuts so close! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our short week long visit to the area while attending a conference at the Marriott Convention Center. The condo was perfect and much preferred compared to a hotel stay. Our communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying near Disney or the Marriott Convention Center.

Nice area and close enough to walk to get food

Very clean and could watch fireworks from bedroom every night and nice view of pool from balcony. Room had everything we needed and more. Lots of restaurants within walking distance
