Recently upgrade spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.
The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom.

The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two 4K Smart TVs (65in in Living and 55in in Master), along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a fitness room, multiple pools and hot tub spa, boardwalk and docks, tiki bar, arcade and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it makes the perfect home base for a Disney trip or a Universal trip. The condo is close to everything and driving back for a mid afternoon break from the parks was totally manageable. The amenities were great and the host super easy to work with. We love it here and highly recommend for smaller families.

The condo was clean, and very large for a one bedroom. There are a ton of things to do in Orlando but with the amenities you can easily hang out on the property. We were able to park in the garage which was great with the pop up afternoon showers. The pool is well kept and the resort as a whole was quiet and peaceful. The host had everything covered and was extremely responsive. The washer and dryer were great. We could have clean clothes in the bag for the trip home saving work after traveling.We will definitely book again and I have already been referring friends to this VRBO.

The central location is superb especially as the roads are incredibly congested. Undercover parking and plentiful fast elevators ease transit at speed. Check in was quick and easy, communication with the owner was seamless. The large heated pool was lovely as was the fabulous views of the lake. The property is quiet by night but does have a good buzz by day with a tiki bar and music around the pool. Starbucks just in front of the property was welcome and the proximity to Premium Outlets well used.

The condo was clean, and we were left a startup package. The pool was heated and the tiki hut was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property. The owner was fantastic to work with.

I can solidly say We will be coming back! This was a perfect spot if you want to not be in the hustle of everything and unwind and then also be close enough to the parks to Uber!! We absolutely love everything about this place and owner was very responsive! Thank you so much!

Everything went wonderfully and the location is perfect! We found it especially convenient if you’re going to any of the parks. Although we did not get to enjoy the beautiful pool outside because of weather, we are excited to next time since it looked so nice.
