Beautifully finished and furnished three-bedroom annexe, suitable to comfortably accommodate six people.
The nearest beach is only a ten-minute walk away. A wonderful local pub is a short distance from the house. The local CO-OP store and farm shop are within an eight-minute walk.
Off-road parking space for 2 cars and a bus stop just by the house.
TV & free Wi-Fi.
The space
Smoke-free home with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area leading to the outdoor space. The outdoor south-facing decking area, with views of the field, has a table & chairs to enjoy a BBQ. There is a ground floor W.C as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite. The master bedroom with an emperor sized bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds are on the first floor with a Jack & Jill bathroom. A dedicated workspace is set up on the first floor landing area with sunlight from the roof window. By the main entrance, there is a small utility area with a washing machine and a separate dryer, a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. A travel cot, highchair and stair gates are available upon request.

    We had a wonderful stay at Field view. The location is nice and central to the different coasts and cities. The house is well equipped and roomy with a nice outside area. The host was very welcoming and friendly and shared tips for what to see and do. Hope to come back!

    This a lovely property with all you could need for a great family holiday. The beds and seating are comfy, the equipment is what you need with some added extras thrown in. There is a bus stop right opposite and another slightly more frequent bus service a few minutes walk away. The host responds quickly to any messages and is a great help.

    We stayed for a week (family of 4, inc. 2 children). And it was wonderful. The house is very nice, clear, comfortable and very well furnished. The location is perfect. We will come back for sure!

    Good spacious property, ideally located for us, perfect base for touring the island - we didn’t want to go to st Helier… Two local pubs service excellent food with good service. Ideal location for family.

    Wonderful vacation

    Our expectations were high, but the reality was much better, lovely hosts with a very nice dog "Barney", a cosy and modern house with quiet surroundings, clean and comfortable. We would be very happy to stay again.

    This was the perfect place for a multi generational family holiday in a spacious, light, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet property. The large downstairs bedroom with en-suite was great for anyone who can’t manage stairs and the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were quiet and spacious- the whole property is bigger than it looks on the photos. The super king size bed in the master bedroom was comfy and spacious for couples and would work well for families with young children who like to co sleep. The open plan design downstairs was great for everyone spending quality time together. All the facilities in the property functioned well, such as constant hot water. Jill and Andrew were fantastic hosts - so welcoming, friendly, helpful and respectful of our privacy. They were more than willing to help with anything we asked for. Everything we could possibly need and want for a stay away from home was so thoughtfully provided for - even down to beach toys, holiday reading and cookbooks! The location of the property was fantastic as it was in a quiet area but easy walking distance to the beach and easy driving distance to several beautiful locations. The weather was beautiful while we were there but if it had rained, this would have been a great place to be indoors. Jersey is a very beautiful island with lots to explore and beautiful, clean beaches. This was the perfect property to stay in and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

    Superb property.

    Field View is a superb property… all the fixtures, fittings, bedding etc are luxurious….nothing has been skimped on here and the property is immaculate. Highly recommended.Martyn and Sarah, June 2025

    Lovely spacious open plan living space. Lovely roomy bedrooms. All spotlessly clean and tidy.We enjoyed the village location. Just a five minute drive from St Helier. There is a farm shop just a few hundred yards away on the same road for milk, butter, eggs and fruit and veg. Being a small island everything is within reach. It took us a while to get our heads around the parking restrictions; we bought a book of ‘pay cards’ but only used a few as parking in most of the smaller places was free. Gorey and Corbiere are lovely coastal spots to visit and we enjoyed Jersey Zoo, even spotted a red squirrel! Samares Manor is just outside St Clements and has a nice cafe that does cooked breakfasts between 10 and 12 - we recommend the Portuguese bacon baps. Great holiday even though the weather was not the best - our ferry crossing to the island was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions which was a shame as we missed out on a whole day. Holidaying in Jersey in hot weather must be idillic - as it has a very French/Caribbean vibe about the island but still very British. Definitely would recommend Field View and Jersey

    Short October Break

    The property was superb, beautifully appointed and decorated and support from owner immediately to hand. The facilities were excellent and the location was ideal with beach & supermarket a few minutes walk and St.Helier & Gorey 5 minutes drive or short bus ride. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing holiday.

    Spacious house between town and country

    The best equipped kitchen we've ever found in a holiday house and the whole house is similar with very comfortable furniture. It's very quiet at night and the kitchen, lounge and patio overlook fields. The area is peaceful yet there is a Co-op about half a mile away with a good range of groceries, and frequent bus services along the coast from a stop near the shop. Another bus route runs from a stop very close to the house.

    Excellent place to stay !

    This is a Wow accommodation to me and my family. Just imagine the comfort one would expect when staying for more than 10days especially with 2 kids. We had everything we wanted including toys, books, cookware, blankets etc. last but not least the host was really great. Very friendly family, well behaving dog. We will definitely Visit Jersey and very happy book this accommodation in the future. Thanks for everything .

    A place to remember with pleasure

    This is a beautiful house with a lovely, comfortable atmosphere. It’s warm, well organised ,well equipped, and easy for visitors to manage - no tricky appliances or white carpets. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Although the front of the house faces a road the kitchen/living area is quiet, with a peaceful outlook. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.We found the downstairs bedroom and en-suite ideal for one family member who has mobility problems. The balcony area is attractive; we don’t barbecue but the equipment looked excellent. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was relaxed and enjoyable, and we would certainly return, and definitely recommend. We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this was one of the best.

    St Clement's, Jersey

    Absolutely perfect in every way. A good space for a family with teenagers, so we weren't on top of each other. We had enough bathrooms for getting ready. We loved the open plan kitchen/living room downstairs for eating and relaxing together. Jill and Andrew had thought of everything, lots of useful bits in the cupboards, from childrens books and beach towels, to foil, laundry liquid and cooking oil. We discovered our ironing board was broken, which we desperately needed for a family event. Jill gave us hers and replaced it within 5 minutes!! The garden terrace was beautiful, a real sun trap! The only problem we had was finding the property. Follow the taxi instructions and it will lead you right there or ask for a location pin through Whats App. The thoughtful Welcome gifts were really appreciated! Many thanks. We will be back! r

    Het is een ongelooflijk ruim huis, mooi ingericht. Kleine tip: zorg voor wat grotere pannen om te koken en voor een kapstok in de hal om de jassen op te hangen! Minpuntje is dat het aan een doorgaande weg ligt, zodat er niet echt een wandelgebied in de buurt is, daarvoor heb je een auto nodig. Het strand ligt op 20 minuten lopen. Maar Jersey is prachtig!

    We spend a lot of time staying in rental properties when we go on holiday as a family. I think over the years we have learned to appreciate what families want from a self-catering property. I think is reflected in Field View.

    Field View is amazing, I wish I lived in it myself!

    The living area is open-plan and has a wonderful, light, spacious feel to it. The bedrooms and the beds are very, very comfortable.

    It's close to everything in Jersey but at the same time in a very peaceful location.
