ring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The home is centrally-located to many popular destinations. Visit Disneyland Park one day and explore the local beaches the next day. Quiet Residental Neighborhood. With 9 Queen size beds, each family member can sleep comfortable. The kitchen have new appliances and is equipped with all the basic amenities to whip up a warm and hearty meal.
1. No parties or events allowed. 1000$ Fine and removed from property immediately if party occurs
2. No unregistered guests allowed.
3. No illegal substances or smoking allowed on the premises.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Smoking outside on the patio only. No smoking in the house.
6. No shoes on the beds.

House is big, large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is amazing but lacks good cookware. So if cooking large meals-this might be an issue. Overall our stay was fine and the pictures are accurate. Easy to find and easy to access. Overall the house is a good place to sleep/get ready but doesn’t give vacation home vibes as it’s bare bones but functional.

Excellent Location

Kim was very helpful during our stay! This location is so convenient to 3 beaches and Disneyland! The floor plan is nice and open. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!

Kim was such a great host! The house was very clean and we never thought of bringing stuff to cook with or anything (who does on vacation?) but she had everything we needed. The rooms was extremely spacious and welcoming. The stay was perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The house clean and big enough for our large family. The neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely stay at this property again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation with my 2 sisters and their families. So much space! And plenty of beds! Would stay here again.

Wow, we took our youth group from small town America to the city, 5 leaders and 13 high schoolers/grads. The kids walked into the huge house and started filming it. They were amazed at the five bedroom huge house.That being said, there was 2 upstairs bedrooms for 4 each with full large bathrooms. The other two bedrooms upstairs slept 4 each as well with a shared bathroom in the hallway. It was positively perfect for our kids who worked well together. Next to the kitchen, was one queen bed for our couple who didn’t want separated. I told them they were the cooking crew. There was a bathroom outside the door they used, along with it being for anyone in need. The garage was a double but we just parked our vehicles outside, great neighborhood. Felt very safe!The kitchen is big and adequate. We worked with it. The front room couch seated about 7-8 people closely but the table had room for 4-5 people to sit. Really, it was perfect for our needs. There was a foot tall queen blow-up mattress for the extra 2 people making it a total of 20. The couches are not pull outs. The beds were very comfortable, towels were set out in each room. Kim answered my text and took care of our needs. Thank you for the use of your home! We had a blast!

Great house!

We had plenty of room! Could benefit from another couch or loveseat in the living room. We would definitely stay again. Aside from an air conditioner&smoke detector issue everything was pretty great! House is in a good location!

Perfect home base for a large family trip to Disneyland

Large home with all the amenities. We'd loved our stay in every possible way. If we do a trip like this again, we will definitely book this house again. Excellent property for a large group

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Plenty of parking with Great design to accommodate 5-7 vehicles on the property. Lovely common areas and kitchen. A very nice outdoor space and a fantastic amount of sleeping accommodations. You cannot go wrong with this rental!
