My wife and I have just returned from the property and had a wonderful time.From the moment you enter the front door when you see the stunning view of the Mediterranean sea, it's just Wow!!Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. Great location for cafes, restaurants and bakeries and of course the beach. I would love to return.My kindest regards to Catherine Ian and Katrina , Ireland

We returned from our first visit in the summer of 2025 & had another wonderful holiday. It’s a super 1 bed apartment, only a stone’s throw from the beach & minutes from great restaurants, markets, bakeries, etc. Alternatively, sit on the balcony with good food & wine and watch the world walk by. Great host (Catherine), excellent communication & so easy to get there from Nice airport by train & a 10 minute walk from the station. We’ll be back again.

Amazing stay again

This was our third stay here and we love it. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect just across the road from the beach and just a very short stroll into town, great to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommend and thank you for a great stay again.

Lovely apartment across from the beach

Great little apartment. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the shopping district. Nice cafe right downstairs for breakfast. Clean too!

Great apartment & Perfect location!

The apartment was perfect for us! Very comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed. You can’t beat the view and location. We would definitely rent it again when we go to Cannes.

Great apartment, modern, recently refurbished, wonderful location to the beach. Breakfast on the balcony watching the world go by. Restaurants nearby & a very short walk to the centre, which has a wonderful atmosphere & buzz (spotlessly clean). 10 minute walk to the train station to explore everywhere along to coast. Catherine is a great host & ensures all your questions are answered. We’ve already booked for next year & can’t wait to get back.

Great location ……

The apartment has been renovated recently to a very high standard. Whilst it is quite small it is perfect for a couple. The balcony is brilliant with a fantastic view over the sea - the sandy public beach (for swimming) is immediately opposite. For location, the apartment is below Le Suquet, a much quieter area than La Croisette beyond the marina. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Perfect location

The apartment is clean, fresh and modern with plenty of amenities. It’s in a perfect location and is within easy walking distance of all attractions, bars, restaurants and the train station. The view is just beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening watching the world go by and spotting the cruise ships! Catherine was a great host and quick to respond to queries. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Cannes.

Perfect Apartment and Location

This is our second stay here and we hope to come again next year. Everything is perfect for us. The location is great, easy walk into town to all the restaurants and just across the road to the beach. If you want to go further afield you can use either the train or the bus which again is easy walking distance. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has all you need for a super stay and well equipped. Check in and out was easy. Thank you and hope we see you again next year

Retirement vacation

Stayed here with my friend of 50 years and you couldn’t wish for a better location. It is exactly as described. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. There are plenty of restaurants. One of our favourites was Au Mal Assis, which was a couple of hundred yards from the apartment. Looking forward to staying again when I come back to Cannes. Thank you Katherine.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

We have just returned from an 11 night stay and loved it. Catherine was always quick to reply to any questions, check in was simple. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere and if you want to go further afield the train station is only a short walk also. So no car needed. The view from the apartment is amazing and we spent hours just sat watching. The apartment had all you needed for a great holiday and we definitely want to return next year. Thank you

De accommodatie voldoet volledig aan onze behoeften en verwachtingen. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Goede wifi verbinding. Ligging is perfect. Weg oversteken en je bent op het strand. Contact met ‘owner’ gaat snel en goed. Vanaf het treinstation kun je met buslijn 22 tot vlakbij de accommodatie komen.

What you see is what you get!

Appartement voldeed volledig aan omschrijving. Het was ogenschijnlijk recent gerenoveerd en in uitstekende staat. Alles werkte naar behoren. Vooraf waren wij ivm de ligging (aan een doorgaande kustweg) enigszins bevreesd voor geluidsoverlast ‘s nachts veroorzaakt door langskomend verkeer). Bleek onnodig. Nauwelijks hinder van ondervonden.
