A small single story home with a full basement located just minutes from the historic village of Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Frankenmuth is a tourist travel destination where the Old Bavaria can be felt throughout the entire village. Frankenmuth hosts the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, an indoor water park and weekly festivals and gatherings. The Birch Run Outlet Mall features more than 100 stores and is the largest outlet mall in Michigan.

Great location but.....

The location was perfect, the house very nice and clean. But..... beds were full size, not queens, one bed frame was broken. The dishwasher didn't work correctly, broken toilet paper holder in master bath. There were no smoke detectors in the basement where there were 3 beds we used. Only seating for six in dining room as there were no longer any bar stools to use at the counter. When the jacuzzi tub was used it blew out tons of mold, therefore it's not being maintained properly.Overall experience was good, but many little issues.

A Great Visit!

This house was perfect for our girls get together! Plenty of room and I think it was even nicer than the photos showed! We had a couple bumps when we arrived but within 30 mins our host was busy resolving our issues. We will definitely be back!

Stay for icefest in Frankenmuth

Great house, clean, great bedding and towels. We did notice the Master bath toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. Just to let you know.

Christmas family gathering

Comfy, cozy, well stocked

This was our second time staying here, and the house is amazing. The accommodations are roomy, and the host is 10/10 with communication and making sure everything is ready for you.

Great Christmas Town

The house was very clean and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very close to Frankenmuth and all the fun activities. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home, very spacious

We take a family girls trip to Frankenmuth every Christmas season and this was our first time trying this location. The home is beautiful and spacious, beds were very comfortable and communication with the property owners was good. I recommend this house!

Great house stay

The house and property were very nice. Everything was clean. We only had 4 of us, but a lot more could have slept here. There was a metal firepit, chairs and and some wood in the yard. We didn't have a lighter. It was about 8 mins to town. I would stay here again. a again.

Perfect for our group of 10

The host was very good about responding right away to questions. The house was lovely - spacious as described and had everything we could possibly need for a long weekend, including a very cool little frog pond. It was very close to FRankenmuth, shopping malls, and Bay City, where we attended a family gathering. Enjoyed it very much and would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable home

We really enjoyed our long weekend trip to Frankenmuth and Birch Run. We were able to sleep well and found this home a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy the company of friends. This was a great landing spot after our busy days out and about.

Great House near Frankenmuth

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. It is located between Birch Run outlets and Frankenmuth. The house was very clean and the host was super responsive. The house had everything we needed and even though it was close to a main road, it was pretty quiet. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Family Friendly Home

My Mom and Aunt and I really enjoyed staying here. It is really close to Frankenmuth. We'll definitely come back. The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was clean and Shannon was easy to communicate with.
