Earnie's Place - Cozy 2 BR Home with Fireplace, Sports Fan Cave Garage

Thanks so much for choosing us and taking time to complete a review. The twin XL room has an option for lowering the bed, however, since we cater to a lot of adult males who are here for work, we only adjust when we know children under 12 will stay. That is something that we will ask guests about from now on. We truly appreciate the feedback as well as how nice you and your guests left the place. Guests like you will allow us to remove cleaning fees, which is o e of our goals. We hope you and your guests will consider us the next time you are in the area. If you contact us we will offer you a discount on your stay. Safe travels from Earnie's Place.

Thank you Jessica for staying at Earnie's Place. We were truly blessed to have you as our guest. We greatly appreciate the respect you showed for the home and the house rules. You left the place immaculate! You are always welcomed to return. Please let us know before you book so that we can reduce the cleaning fee to one appropriate for the condition that you left the property. It is guests like you make this part of the service industry a delight. Safe travels and God bless you.

Thank you so much for allowing us to host you. This was an enjoyable occasion for us to help you celebrate. We absolutely love sports and sports fans! We often tailgate and watch games with our family in the garage. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Looks like you even used the fireplace despite the fact that it is mid July. Also, just to be clear, the VRBO App is what wasn't working. We hope to see you again soon during football season. Go Lions!

Chaz and his wife were first time visitors to the Saginaw area and we were excited to welcome them to all it has to offer. We are so pleased that they enjoyed their stay. As always, we did everything within reason to accommodate them including their change in travel plans as well as their unexpected early check-in. We appreciate the friendly communication and feedback. The checkout went beyond our instructions. Not only did they take care of the trash, but they also pulled the linen from both bedrooms! These are the types of guests that make hosting such a joy.

Hi James. We apologize for the fireworks during your 4th of July weekend stay at our place. Our city has an ordinance which restricts the times for this activity, however, it's difficult to enforce. We are glad that things went good for you otherwise. Thank you for the feedback. And again thank you for staying at Earnie's Place. 😊
