Perfect!

What a lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again! My only recommendation would be to put in a charcoal grill but other that it was great! Thank you!

House and location were perfect!

This was a great stay, plenty of room for our large family. The house was clean, it had everything we needed. The location was amazing and beach access was directly across the road! I would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect stay!

The house is in a perfect location directly across from the beach access. The covered porch looking out to the ocean was perfect to enjoy any time of day. It was very clean and the kitchen was well well stocked. We will definitely be back!

great location for beach lovers and great view. the beach is directly across the street. The home was comfortable and clean but father time is catching up with it.It's clearly a rental property and it's managed by a property management firm, they were responsive to request to re-clean bathrooms and replace dirty shower liners, but lack proactiveness to ensure the property is ship-shape.The main entry door keyless lock requires a minimum of 3 tries EVERY time you enter or exit, it's old, and worn out.I grill every day, and upon seeing the grill I was shocked, it was filthy with grease buildup, wouldn't light, and was in serious disrepair, again the management company was responsive, brought a "new" grill (with a rental sticker on it) and left the old greasy one right where it was.The front and rear deck are solid but very weathered to the point they shouldn't be walked on in bare feet, some nail heads are starting to pop up and there's a major risk of getting a sliver in your foot.The yard needs landscaping, the side and back are overgrown.I agree with a review I read before I rented this property, he'd been staying there for 15 years and noted a steady decline in the upkeep of the property.It is a GREAT location but the neglect is apparent.

Girls trip

The house was very nice and clean. View was great with beach access right across the street. There was 5 of us plenty of room. We would rent again.

Great vacation home

Our stay here was great! the location was amazing, right in front of beach access. Everything about the house the was great and very spacious. The only thing I wish was different is the grill (way too small). We were grilling for 8 people, and it was very challenging with a grill that is for like 2-4. But other than that, the house was great! It's got everything you need.

Great Location, Needs updates

We have been renting this house for 15 years. The location is great, the views and decks are wonderful, and we all love the spacious outdoor shower. Sadly some lack of regular maintenance and updates in recent years are beginning to overshadow the pros. Areas of mold and mildew inside the home and old/ worn furniture were two primary concerns during this stay.

Great location but not the greatest experience.

The best thing was the location but the moldy vents, black carpet in the entry stairs, cockroaches, ants, dirty bathroom shower curtains and liners, broken freezer ice machine just to name a few things put a damper on our vacation.
