Coastal Cute describes The Fern! This suite is located on the West side of the home. You will love the PRIVATE DECK with lots of greenery in the background.
This suite features a QUEEN SIZED BED with comfy linens and fluffy pillows. A sound machine, alarm clock and iron, ironing board are also available in the bedroom.

Light walls, blue hues and rattan decor will make you feel right at home while visiting COASTAL MISSISSIPPI. Curl up on the soft white leather chaise to read a book and maybe grab a quick nap. There is a table where you can sit in the morning to enjoy your coffee or tea and a 42" SMART TV with Direct Streaming . Take a walk or run along FRONT BEACH or the BILOXI BAY BRIDGE and enjoy the view!

The bathroom has a GLASS & TILE WALK-IN SHOWER, pedestal sink, Fluffy oversized towels, shower products and a blow dryer.

Only two blocks from DOWNTOWN where you will find BOUTIQUE shopping, ART Galleries, RESTAURANTS, BARS & ENTERTAINMENT. Spend the day at FRONT BEACH just 1 mile away then catch the SUNSET later.

Working remotely? The pretty bleached wood DESK is a perfect spot to set up that laptop and login using the high speed internet.

Well behaved Doggies under 20 lbs (1dog maximum) are welcome. A $75 non refundable pet fee is required.

A mini refrigerator with ice in the freezer, microwave, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee mugs, coffee pods, tea bags, creamer, sweetener & bottled water are provided.

Beautiful property and location

Kim was an especially nice host and the place was amazing. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Ocean Springs.

Absolutely loved our stay!! The room was cozy quiet and very relaxing!! We had everything we needed and more! It was a very short drive to the beautiful downtown area and the beach! I did not want to leave.

Great stay

We visited Ocean Springs for a quick family visit and found this cute little inn. The Fern Suite at The Mockingbird Inn was perfect. This suite was on the back left side of the house and felt very private. We will definitely return next time we’re on the coast.

Fern Room

Very clean and comfy with everything you’d need for your stay! Loved staying in the Magnolis House . We were within walking distance to all the cute stores and artsy sops in Ocean Springs! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Sparkling clean, cozy room

We loved our stay at the Mockingbird in the Fern Suite. Super clean with all the amenities we could ask for. Plenty of space for my husband and me. Conveniently located near down town Ocean Springs.

Our stay was excellent. Kim had great communication from the time of booking through our check-out. Suite was very clean and well appointed. Location very convenient to downtown Ocean Springs. Will return!

Dirty Heads Concert

Stayed here for a concert at the sound in Gautier. Only 15 minutes away and so convenient and easy. Just what we were looking for.

Quiet and convenient

The Fern Suite is so cute! The property was clean and located in a quiet area. It is short walk to all downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. The coffee, tea and bottled waters were great extras. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Adorable

Can’t wait to visit again and stay here! Had an absolute blast and I’ve been recommending it to locals and to friends out of state! I truly can’t wait to go back and rebook the same place!! The host was amazing and had everything I needed! Location was perfect and close to everything!!! Loved it!!

Excellent stay

We came to Ocean Springs for a quick weekend trip with friends. The Mockingbird Inn is a great property and the wrap around porch was awesome for visiting with friends and just enjoying the surroundings. Nothing beats a southern porch. The Fern suite was very comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything that you could want for a nice getaway. It is also very convenient to downtown and all of the action but far enough away that it is very quiet. I highly recommend this property

Great getaway

My daughter, my pup and myself stayed two nights in this charming rental. Although the MS heat was a bit unbearable, we stayed cool and were close to all we had planned. The beach is maybe a four minute car ride and quiet. The shops are cool to walk by and experience the locale. Will definitely stay again if we are this way. Our hosts were available when needed and we had a great stay!
