We were a little surprised by the rating, as we do our best to be very transparent about the cabin before guests book. The listing clearly describes it as a cozy, compact space with limited storage, and we also reach out before arrival to make sure guests understand the layout and feel it will be a good fit for their needs. The cabin is most comfortable for two guests, although it can accommodate a third adult or child for those who don't mind a cozier setup. Many of our guests enjoy the simplicity of the space, especially when packing light. We always want guests to have the best possible experience and to book accommodations that suit their expectations.
