While at the Overlook perched above the river, you have amazing views in all directions, The Applegate River as well as the Red Butte Mountains in the distance. Stunning! Mountain and forest views all around.
There are two sleeping areas, a bedroom downstairs with a full bath. It has a queen Murphy bed, making more room during the day. Glass French doors out onto the patio. The laundry room is downstairs as well.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book.

House on hill with river view

Interior of the house was convenient and comfortable. Beautiful view, but the property grounds had quite a bit of debris.

Better than listing

I gave the 5 star score for accuracy of listing, but I think that the property was superior to the listing, so 8 stars here! Deanna was very responsive both before and during the stay. View was great and AC was very nice. Thanks!!!!!

Weekend Stay

The property is in a really cool area. Super nice view of the river. Unfortunately there's no reasonable access to the river near the property due to the poison oak in the area. The host was super responsive to any needs as they arose. Overall it was a nice stay.

Beautiful place

Loved the place. It was peaceful and enjoyed the quiet. Definitely will stay again. Had everything except mittens. Also the only thing that they may need to replace is the can opener. Couldnt open my can of soup with it. Other than those minor issues, the place was great. Thank you for letting me stay there.
