Wow what to say about this enchanting property. It’s perfect for a larger group, there were four of us and the house still felt spacious. Check-in was smooth, no issues. We have to start off with the decor because it was one of the standouts for us. Red is the theme here. Red wood floors, red furniture, red salt and pepper shakers, red dining room table. Complementing that was an beautiful, eclectic collection of furniture that is really hard to pull off without it looking like clutter, but I feel like the homeowners moonlight as interior designers, because there is NOTHING like this house. This was gorgeous and beyond. And I’m here for it. Stocked with a hot chocolate station, tea, coffee, two types of coffee makers, fenced yard perfect for pets, hot tub, the most comfortable mattresses ever. I seriously wanted to take them with me. Then there is the O’Keefe and Merritt vintage stove, cookware, bbq, hot tub towels and bath towels, clawfoot tub. It’s walking distance to downtown, grocery store etc, ample parking.If you have a group, or a pet or both, or just want to stay in a space that screams creativity, this is the place for you. We will be back. Also the hosts were AMAZING. It’s easy to see why they have an exceptional rating.

Adorable cabin, very family friendly. We had teens but saw a high chair and other stuff for younger kids. Also dog friendly, with bowls and treats. Highly recommend.

Great stay

The property is as advertised. The hot tub was fantastic. The host is responsive and thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Wrightwood!

Sweet cabin in the woods

We had such a fantastic stay here with the kids and dogs. The owners are lovely and the neighborhood was perfect for walking into town. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic visit, we would love to come back!

Warm and cozy

Nice cozy home and would stay here again. Our hostess Kelsey was extremely helpful. Thank you! This home was very clean and well equipped. I definitely recommend this home for a weekend getaway.

Housing for additional support staff at the Methodist camp

We were support staff for the camp at the Methodist camp- 6 blocks away. Perfect for our needs.

Labor Day Weekend

This property was perfect for friends or family wanting to spend time together. The house was beautiful, cozy, well stocked, and very inviting. The house was in close proximity to the town center only requiring a short walk and for those not wanting to leave, there were plenty of activities available on the property. A perfect place for relaxation and fun.

We went for a ladies getaway. The property is amazing! We will definitely stay here again. It has everything you could want. Perfect location. Cozy front porch. Extremely comfortable rooms and very clean. Plenty of nice, soft bath towels and separate towels for the hot tub. Convenient mud room with washer and dryer and hooks for wet items after a hot tub. Great space and great extras (treats waiting for us, hot tub, firepit, games and game room, fireplace), to make our stay extra special! Arlene is the best!! Made our stay so much fun. We could have stayed another week.

Cosy and comfy chalet in a fantastic location

Our group of friends came up for a long weekend to play disc golf, and caught a lot of snow too! The chalet is gorgeous and very thoughtfully prepared with games, lots of towels, extra blankets, labels for light switches. The hosts were communicative and very helpful from the time of booking and throughout our stay. We had so much fun!! Thank you for having us!!

Wonderful weekend

My duaghter and family werenvising beautiful california and i wanted to treat them ton specal, memory's filled weekend. I chose this getaway location based on it location, capacity, images, and amenities. Once booking qas complete, the attention from the hosts was outstanding and put me at ease about me selection. The property and dwelling was better than advertised. The property Clean and fresh, fully sticked and supplied with anything you might need. The ground were perfect Wrightwood experience. Fire pit, jacuzzi, bbq, and game room. The family loved it. Location to surrounding trails was ideal. I have already recommended this property to other and will continue to do so. The hosts were great!

Great Wrightwood Chalet Getaway

8 of us came up in two trucks and stayed 2 nights right after recent snow storm. The home looked very inviting, like a storybook retreat with lots of fresh snow covering everything in white with huge icicles glistening in the under-eve lighting. The front door opens to great mud room with nice personalized greeting sign welcoming us. The well equipped kitchen and seating made meals for 8 easy. There's a warm fireplace and a library of great books to suit most taste. Bedrooms up & downstairs were soft & comfortable. The backyard has a simple but nice game room cottage for the kids to hangout while we barbequed burgers. We did not have time to make Smores in the firepit area or dip in the hot tub - but that just gives us something to look forward to next time. The Rustic Antique Decor gives you that away from home mountain feeling you want while on vacation. Nice street and area and very close to local dining brewery & pizzerias. It was only a couple minutes to a fun right-off-the-highway sledding area for the kids, and Mountain High Resort. So glad we found this fantastic getaway. Oh and Kelsey was an amazing host. Her communication with me was friendly, informative and timely from start to finish. Also.. We opted for the property damage insurance and it was a smart choice because with so many people an innocent unintentional accident can happen and it gave us peace-of-mind we were covered. Highly recommended Chalet Retreat and we can't wait to come back !

Beautiful cabin..kitchen is vintage but with functional stove and oven and equipt with all pans and dishes you might need. The host was super helpful and welcoming . Had the best time cooking with family
