Enjoy the sound of nature with friends and family in this newly constructed 5BR/5.5BA home on Rope Rider golf course in the desirable Suncadia resort community. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, bike or walk nearby nature trails or enjoy a glass of wine at Suncadia restaurants within minutes of this home. Perfect for a multi-family weekend getaway or girls weekend.

The home can comfortably sleep 10 people. One room includes a bunk bed each with a full size bed designed for kids but can accommodate smaller adults if necessary.

This rental does not include access to Suncadia community pools or the fitness club.

Pre Christmas Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay with our 4 daughters, son in-laws and 5 baby grandchildren. The house has a great set up to accommodate lots of people with room to spare. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy the beautiful property!

Great stay!

Great place to stay, the house was awesome! Lots of room, clean and amazing decor! The host of the home was super responsive and helpful. Very pleased with our stay.

Staycation!

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious! Check in was smooth. The amount of bedrooms/restrooms was a plus with the larger group we had. We had a comfortable stay, and communication with the owner was amazing! Definitely recommend!

A little paradise

My extended family gathered here for a birthday celebration and had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, but so comfortable and great for families with kids. Check in was a breeze, we had no issues. We saw groups of deer, enjoyed the bike paths and playgrounds. Some comments from our group were: The beds are really comfortable! The bunk bed slide was my favorite! The big table for eating outdoors was wonderful. I loved that the house was so spacious. Highly recommend!

Pure Bliss

Joe was an exceptional host. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and Joe has by far been the best host we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. He was quick to reply to all of our questions and very helpful and informative. We are already planning our next stay with him. The stunning pictures online don’t even do the house justice. There were no shortcuts taken in this build and we loved the extra amenities like the double dishwasher and Dohm sound machines in each room. Our three year old son also felt very at home. We had planned a few activities during our stay but never ended up leaving the house because there was so much to do. There was a kids corn hole game and Cozy coup on the back patio. The patio furniture was beautiful and we loved just watching the golfers from our patio and living room with the huge sliding doors open. The kids room with the slide was a huge hit as well as the enormous playroom stocked with toys, magnitiles, and a basketball hoop. The location of the house was perfect. It felt very private and secluded while also being very close to everything. 10/10 recommend this host and host. We already can’t wait for our next experience with Joe!

Work Offsite Strategy Session

Love the house. It was perfect. We decided to try a little corporate retreat versus staying at the lodge and doing a conference room. The home worked great for us and provided more time for us all to spend downtime together. Highly recommend the home!

Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean, quiet and it’s HUGE. Almost every room has its own bathroom and the kitchen was fully stocked with high end appliances making it a joy to use.

Incredible Suncadia Stay!

We celebrated an early Christmas in this absolutely LOVELY home! No detail was spared in this gorgeous and cozy place. The amenities of the home were incredible- from the bedding and towels to the decor and a luxurious hot tub! A five star experience- thank you to our gracious hosts!

Christmas in Suncadia

This house was the perfect size, setup and location for the perfect Christmas getaway. Felt very much at home! Our only hiccup was a little issue with the washing machine pipe freezing up but they were quick to respond and make it right. One suggestion would be a few more pots and pans… especially with a Christmas type meal and a group of 12. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Beautiful House!

Myself and four besties stayed here for the night in October and we had a fantastic time. The house is new and beautifully decorated. All reported very comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made us all happy (5 girls travelling together need at least 5 bathrooms). Communication with the owner and check-in/out was very easy. We would definitely stay there again!
