Our stay was wonderful. There was construction around the condo but none of that bothered us at all. We had everything that we needed to cook at home and relax when there.

GREAT HOME AND LOCATION

We stayed here for spring break. The house easily accommodated our group comfortably. The pool/hot tub/bbq area was great. It was so nice to be able to see and walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

10 out 10 highly recommend.

We loved everything about the place. It’s absolutely perfect and very clean and love hearing and seeing the beach from the balcony. It’s definitely the place we have been looking for when we vacation in Port A. We will be back.

Reservation was canceled 2 hours before check due to a water leak. Had to scramble to find a place to stay. Money was refunded but it didn't get back into my account until the next day and had to find a cheap motel. 4 people and 2 dogs in a 1 room motel was not fun. The friends we were staying with had trouble finding a place also.

Relaxing Port A Stay

The checkin code and WiFi was an inconvenience, the code didn’t work and the WiFi didn’t work that was on our reservation information. We had to wait till next day for instructions and found the WiFi info in the property binder that worked. Other than that the place was very nice, clean and spacious. FYI, there was no hangers in closets and only 2 cereal bowls.

Condo was nice

The property is very nice , the condo was very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The management company was not so great, arrived Friday afternoon and had trouble finding location do to they sent gate codes and codes for and the property doesn't have a gate and they dont give the property name in email.then door code didn't work was after hours, i left message and finally got a call back from management company. The internet was not working so no television contacred and they finally got it fixed Sunday afternoon.

The downstairs restroom leaked water all over the floor in the restroom, and in the hallway. The upstairs thermostat did not work. It was over 84 degrees on the 2nd level of the house.

It was a nice place. I was not expecting the kitchen and dining to be upstairs, that was inconvenient. Would've loved to have a bigger golf cart that could seat all occupants of the townhome. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have to say it was the Dirtiest place I've ever rented. There was dust on everything.I mean everything ... The floors were sanded and my socks were black. I had to ask for a mop to clean the floors. The fold out bed was full of black dirt and old toys. I have a picture of it. These are things that didn't work ... Wi-Fi Garbage disposal Back door barely shut and had no kitchen towels The shower heads were so old and barely worked The layout is very nice , but was very disappointed.

We did enjoy our stay it was very comfortable and clean when we arrived. Anytime we go to Port Aransas we book through SilverSands. There hasn't been a time that we aren't satisfied.

Great Location for the beach! There's beach access really close to the condos. Our kids loved the pool as well. The condo overall was in good shape and very nice. There's a few things that need to be addressed such as the washer and dryer (they both screech very loudly for the first 5 mins of use), the balcony door sticks really bad (I'm sure it's because of the salt/deterioration of the door and frame due to being by the gulf), and the master shower needs a new shower head and caulk. Overall we would definitely stay here again if these very fixable issues were attended to!

Wow.

Our check in time was at 4pm, we got there at. 7pm we walk in and the place was musty and dirty. We tried to call the number on the book and it went to someone in Georgia. So we had to call Scott the emergency maintenance guy. He was super helpful and he had a cleaning crew come out. Took a hour for them to clean since no one else did it before we got there. We have pictures of that too. Also the information given to us about the wifi was incorrect, so we had no wifi. But Scott and his cleaning crew where the nicest people and they where helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at the Sandhill townhome! Our biggest issue was accessing the advertised boardwalk. You must walk through private property adjacent to the townhome complex in order to get to the boardwalk. We were stopped by a resident who told us we were trespassing. There are signs stating this as well. The boardwalk was a primary reason we chose this property.

Cute, clean wonderful property

Even though the beach is close, there is no direct walking access. It is a short drive with car or rented golf cart. No complaints, we all had a wonderful stay!

Great family stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great home with tools for cooking and dishes to feed family. Spacious and good amount of furniture. Master convenient to family living and kitchen with kids and laundry downstairs. I think it worked out really well. This place is cute and well maintained. 2 doors down from community pool. Really enjoyed the golf cart for getting to the beach. Beach access very close. Lots of extra pillows but no pillow cases. Could not get extra towels. Pack coffee filters and salt/pepper and extra towels and linens for pillows only if you like extras.
