I enjoyed the location. It was quiet and close to many places. The beds were comfortable. The house was quaint. I would love to see some things get updated, but overall it was comfortable for our short stay.

Host communications are excellent, early access granted on afternoon of check-in, minor inconveniences only due to normal wear and tear (e.g., ceiling fan light socket has electrical short, couple of room lamp bulbs missing, dryer control needs repair). Great location from downtown Corning, NY. Pricing reflects a fair to good value in all other respects. Well worth the price of staying for a small family. We recommend for the value.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was just as pictured in the listing. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area.

Well maintained, spacious, older home, perfect for families or group of travelers (3 bedrooms). Bed was comfortable, fridge and stove, both new. Quiet neighborhood, and easy to find off the highway. Very convenient for area travel. Kim, the host, was a great communicator.

Exactly as Expected

The house was exactly as described and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was a good home base for the glass festival and lake Seneca/Watkins Glen fun

Very comfy beds and quiet stay

Two of us stayed for a weekend visit to Corning Glass Museum. The museum, restaurants and grocery stores were quick and easy to get to and there was no noise at night. This is a no-frills, older house, but it had everything that we needed and we were able to connect my laptop to the big screen TV for evening streaming - something that most hotels now block. Parking is on the street but literally steps from the doorstep on a side street with minimal traffic, no parallel parking or searching required. Beds were very comfortable. My only issue was that we were there when it was muggy with poor air quality due to wildfire smoke and this is an older house that was musty when we checked in. It would have helped a lot if the AC had been left on all day before we checked in.
