You'll have private driveway parking for 2 - 3 cars, Queen bed, air mattress for extra guests, PET FRIENDLY (with fee)!

Close to Lamplight Equestrian, new DUKEs restaurant, Wayne Equestrian, Geneva Commons shopping, the Fox River Bike Trail, St. Charles Arcada Theater, Hotel Baker, Herrington Spa, many wedding venues!

FREE WASHER and DRYER! FREE WIFI! Local events like car shows, farmers market, the Christmas walk, Wine tastings, festivals. This quaint town is adorable and friendly and this location is prime.

The exterior entrance is in back, and narrow (the size of a standard door). Note: there is a full flight of stairs to get to the apartment door.

Pets require approval, a Pet fee and signed pet agreement.

I love staying in this little apartment. It has everything I need...allows pets...and the location is perfect for visiting the town of Geneva on foot. I always feel peaceful and safe when I stay here.

Nice location, close to great food and walking trails. There was a nice French Market on Sunday morning just down the street, with fresh fruits, baked goods, and crafts. The unit is clean and well maintained. If you’re taller watch your head going down the stairs to the unit. We would stay there again if in town.

Loved the apartment. It was beautifully decorated. Close access to 3rd street. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely be back.

Darling place

Spent three nights here. The place is absolutely immaculate and tastefully decorated. Neat and clean, everything you need, just like it states in VRBO. Owner was available for questions.Close to downtown with wonderful restaurants and shops. Easy walk and so fun!

Everything about our stay was perfect…the apartment was decorated so nice and made everything seem like it was home…the location could not be better, a 2 minute walk to all our favorite spots on Third St., and feeling safe in the neighborhood. 5+ stars, thank you Cita…will stay again!!!

I can’t say enough about Cita our host. I was very ill and we were able to check in early and also stay an extra day. Accommodating in every way any.

Very clean, nicely furnished and one block away from a long street full specialy shops, restaurants, etc. Very quaint area. This is a basement apartment. Really no issue getting down the stairs but someone with mobility issues has to take care on the cramped stairway.

Love this place

I have found this apartment to be a wonderful place when I need to be in town for a couple of days. The location is perfect. You can walk to everything in downtown Geneva. Cita's apartment is the cleanest VRBO you can find! So cute and updated. Love it!

Weekend stay

The unit was well decorated and clean, however it should be noted that this is a basement. Unfortunately the tenants in the unit above were quite loud which was a disturbance throughout the stay.

This is a multiplex unit so it is possible to hear others. If we'd had been informed, we would have gladly reached out to the upper unit, who are very cooperative. We always encourage our guests to reach out if there is a problem. It's difficult to address an issue without knowledge of it.

Great location, spotless and comfortable.

Stayed in the basement apartment for long weekend to visit local family. Walkable for all downtown 3rd street Geneva shops and restaurants. Comfortable, nicely decorated. Street & driveway parking. Great communication with property mgmt. Two apartments on upper floors. Quiet neighborhood overall. I will book it again for next family visit!

I think the price is too high for the structure, it’s in a basement and very small place. It’s not easy to fit 3 people even though it says should accomodate 4 people

Stay in Geneva, IL

Wonderful location, 1 block from everything 3rd St has to offer. Walking distance to the Fox River (took a beautiful stroll with our dog), restaurants, shops. Didn’t need the car, except to leave the town. Cute apartment, perfect for 2 & our dog! Very comfy bed/sleeping, and Super Clean. The outside of the building, in back, is kinda run down, though, and on the way downstairs to the apartment, not so clean-looking. This is no reflection on the apartment itself, though. No Hot Tub & Im not sure why that’s advertised. Great communication with, & accommodations from, the Host, Cita!!
