This property was perfect for our family reunion. There were nine bedrooms and four bathrooms that met the needs of the 27 of us who were there. We loved having the fenced backyard with the swing sets, lawn chairs, and basketball standard for outdoor activities. We also loved all of the toys and games that were available for multiple ages. Having two kitchens and two laundry areas was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or appliance that you might need. Susan was extremely responsive before and during our stay. We were very happily surprised to receive a large basket of fresh fruit including pineapples, apples, oranges, nectarines, and bananas. All of our family members were very pleased with the accommodations. We would definitely stay again if we have another reunion in the area.

Great location to get to local activities and stores. Plenty of parking for our group of 30. Good baby gear – playpens, high chairs – and LOTS of toys and games available. It's nice to have two kitchens. Susan was very responsive to questions leading up to the rental week and also prompt with a request while we were there. But be aware that it’s an older house with a number of odd quirks and imperfections that you may need to work around.

The house was great for our family. It had plenty of space for everyone, a convenient location, and a great layout for a large group.Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Many areas were dusty, the floors felt dirty despite the no-shoes policy, and the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The toilets had visible urine stains, the reusable bathroom rugs (especially around the toilet) didn’t feel very hygienic, and the kitchen had used sponges instead of fresh ones for new guests. Overall, it seemed like the home had been surface cleaned but not thoroughly deep cleaned. With so much carpeting, decorative pillows, and stuffed animals, regular deep cleaning seems especially important. We also had a serious safety concern with the backyard swing set. It did not appear to be securely anchored to the ground. While our younger children were swinging, the entire swing set lifted up, and two adults had to hold it down so the kids could swing safely. This should be addressed before future guests use it.With better attention to cleanliness and the swing set being properly secured, this would easily be a five-star stay

Very big house with lots of room and space for large family/group. Yard is not very big but had room for bbq and sitting/relaxing out back Home has plenty of beds/bedrooms. We stayed with coaches, players, and parents of our youth baseball team while in Utah for a tournament. Very central location with access to highway and several nearby amenities. Host (Susan) was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

Along with four great days of 15 of us together, we had a Sunday dinner crowd of about 25 -- all seated together. The dining area is large enough to combine all the tables from both kitchens so that all 25 sat and ate together. The host was very helpful, kind, and accommodating, and everyone was comfortable even though the weather was extra warm.

My extended family enjoyed our stay. We were gathered from all over the country for our sister’s wedding. We were able to have a family-friendly gathering place where we could hang out together between the busy wedding activities. The host was so helpful in answering questions before, during and after our stay. She was so thoughtful and helped our stay be as smooth as possible. I highly recommend a stay at this house!

We loved staying here. Conveniently located and we could pack everyone in - lots of beds!. The check-in and check-out were super simple without a lot of weird rules or clean up requirements like some places. The hosts were available but not nosey. We had a relaxing wonderful trip.

This house is Amazing! We had 26 people ranging from 3yrs to 78yrs. There was more than enough room for everyone and we didn’t feel like we were in everyone’s way. There was plenty of entertainment for all ages and the host is so very kind. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone to use. It was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely try to do this again. A must for larger groups and a house that is very family oriented.

Family Reunion Basecamp Extraordinaire!

Our family of 20 gathered from across the US - all ages present - from 1.5 years to Grandpa age. Host Susan was amazing! The house had everything we needed - PLUS! Not only were there plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, kitchen items, and parking space, the game room was a huge hit, and there was a whole wall of shelves with a large variety of toys, books, activities, games, etc.. Susan really has thought of everything! The house must be well insulated, ie: the baby would be sleeping in one part of the house and an army of kids would be running around playing hide and seek, (it is the perfect house for that game!), and the baby was not disturbed. Several of my kids commented that “it feels like home”. We are keeping this one on our list for future gatherings!! Thank you!!

It is a beautiful home with an enclosed back yard for the children to play. With two kitchens we had plenty of refrigerator and freezer space for our large group. We even used both kitchens to prepare some of our meals using both stoves. The only drawback was not having pantry space to put our food. We found room for it in the rec room and a bedroom closet. The host is very friendly and responsive to our needs.

Lots of room and good location

Stayed here in preparation for a wedding in Spanish Fork. My family was all comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids found the toys and activities engaging and helped to keep them occupied while we prepared. The two kitchens were nice. Susan had everything we needed. I would stay again!

Very clean, host was amazing & responded quickly when we had dumb questions. She brought us home made apricot bread, which was so yummy! Enough for 25 ladies. Nice yard. Upstairs kitchen has everything needed. So nice to have 2 kitchens. Plenty of parking.

We stay here very year for a cheer competition and it is always looked forward to. The place is nice because it still allows everyone to have space from the rest of the group if needed but there is also space for everyone to congregate together. Kitchens are stocked well and beds are comphy. It’s a great place to stay.

Wedding group.

My growing family including adult children with their little children met at the property for the events surrounding my daughter's marriage. The home was just right for our large family. The rooms are clean, well kept, and tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian/polynesian theme. Our host was gracious and helpful. One of the families suggested we rent again this summer for a family reunion.

Perfect stay for family getaway

Our large family group throughly enjoyed our stay at this island themed retreat. Tucked away in a neighborhood but close to all conveniences and freeway entrance made this home accessible to all our needs and activities. Susan is an ideal host, greeting us with a tray of warm banana and pumpkin bread. Great communication. Clean home, fun exercise and game room was a big hit with the kids, comfortable beds And ….two kitchens! met all our needs and then some. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We hope to return again.
