Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the view from the room, but we’re sorry to hear that cleanliness and preparation did not meet expectations. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be addressing your comments with our cleaning team to ensure more thorough attention to detail moving forward, including areas like under the bed. We also appreciate your note regarding beach towels and chairs. While these are not currently included, your feedback is helpful as we continue to review ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the view, lighting, and found parking convenient. We do want to clarify a couple of points from your stay. Our units are not advertised as having dishwashers, and we’re sorry for any confusion on that. Regarding the plumbing issue, our team did find that the clog was caused by feminine napkins, which can unfortunately lead to stoppages even in properly functioning systems. That said, we sincerely apologize for the other inconveniences you experienced, including the elevator issues, and the disruption caused by the fire alarm. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we appreciate your patience during those situations. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can continue improving both maintenance response and overall guest experience. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future. Sincerely, Corey Shaw General Manager Casanita Properties
