Very nice place to stay and plenty of room for our dog. It was very clean and bright and away from the busyness of a hotel. It’s a lovely little place away from home.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect space for us for a long weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and big screen TV and comfy furniture for relaxing in the evening after a full day of activities. Great communication with the owners. We would definitely stay there again.

What an great place to stay. It had everything needed and lots of thought that went into the accommodations. Comfy bed,sofa. Coffee bar. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Close by to eats and stores. Eat at Hotdog Heaven. Thanks to the hosts.

Quiet, clean, and a great space. Hosts were very communicative and had everything we needed. Better option when visiting our college son than a hotel in that area.

We are new to VRBO and this was our first rental. I have to say Samson and Sonny were excellent hosts and very personable. Very attentive and happy to assist if needed. The Guest house was just as described, clean, organized and well furnished. The king bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Keep up the good work and thanks again to them for making us feel so comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for us! It was clean and spacious and very well appointed with everything needed for the few days we were here. Samson was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. We will definitely stay here again as our daughter will be in law school near by for the next 3 years.

Three night Orlando stay

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and cozy. Nice modern touches. Check in and communication with the host was a breeze. Area was fine, property was easy to locate. Enjoyed our stay.

So much better than a hotel!

We were visiting our daughter in the area and stayed 5 nights. The home is very clean and very quiet. I loved that the main bedroom had blackout curtains and it was dark and comfortable to sleep in. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful way to bring in the New year!

Sampson and his family were an absolute delight to get to know! The cottage is well designed, clean, maintained and the bed is extremely comfortable! We felt very welcomed!
