The property felt like home away from home. You walk in and can feel all the love. Beds were clean, bathroom, shower, kitchen. Everything was absolutely amazing. This is our forever home away from home when we come visit Snowflake. Thank you Smith Family for opening your home to us.

We (a couple of two retired people) have stayed for one weekend in August 2026. Everything is as described on the internet site. The property is well designed, clean and well maintained. The living area is excellent to work and relax. The WiFi works. There is a functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). All appliances work. The house was well provided with towels and all kinds of conveniences. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe. We could park our car just in front of the entrance. The owner made significant efforts to transform our vacation into a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again.

The house was well equipped for a family of 4, complete with games and toys that helped the lazier days pass with fun and ease. The kitchen is stocked! Check in before you head to the store, there is a nice selection of staples that will get you through the mornings and plenty of kitchenware for cooking and baking. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. We'll be back--with family in Concho, this is a great base of operations to start from.
