House was very nice and in a great setting. Loved the back porch. It would be a stretch to sleep 12 here but might be manageable. Overall the house was clean, in a quiet location and we were happy with our stay. Would book again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify, we agree that sleeping 12 is too much that is why house rules advertise as sleeping 10. We appreciate your feedback.

This rental was amazing! It was located in a beautiful spot on the edge of town and the wilderness. It was close enough to the town for food and activities, but far enough out to where it felt like we weren’t right in town. The house was comfortable, clean and homey. We would definitely recommend this place to others, and will stay there again if we are vacationing in Raton or the surrounding area!
