This was an amazing house.. fully stocked with amenities that would be needed for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and up-to-date. Great location to quick stores and or places to eat. The Host was gracious and responded promptly. Looking to return again.

My host was excellent to deal with. The house was just like the pictures. However, I do think photos make it look a little bit larger than it is, but it was perfect for 10 of us and a dog still with room to spare.The house was very clean and neat. And I certainly would consider going back.

Wonderful family weekend. Everything was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was neat and had any small appliances that might be needed to help prepare our meals.

Guys weekend

Great place for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms, with a large living space for TV watching, playing cards, relaxing in front of the fire. Good location in the Poconos to Golf or Fish and had parking for 6 or more cars. Would definitely consider staying again next year.

Fall Getaway

Wonderful place for a quick family weekend. Got rained out one day, but everyone had their own space; the covered deck was perfect. And the pool table got LOTS of use! Absolutely recommend, great communication, ease of checkin/check out.

House Was 100% As Advertised

We had a great stay at the house. We thought it looked perfect for our group of 40+ year olds doing a weekend away when we saw the listing and were not disappointed by the house itself. The location is really convenient and quiet and the house was so spacious and clean. Our favorite part was the hot tub and the spa style bathrooms. We would definitely rent again.

Great getaway with friends!!

This property is amazing! It was very welcoming, new and clean property. There were 10 adults and we had plenty of space. It was an easy process for check-in and check-out. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and handled all concerns. We will definitely return to this beautiful home!

Loved this place

The bedrooms are perfect for a large group. The place was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very quick to reply with anything we needed. Definitely recommend! We stayed here during winter so we didn’t check out any of the amenities on the property but we were close to skiing. I do highly recommend a 4 wheel drive car because the roads to get to the house were not plowed and very icy.

Great gathering house

We had a wonderful time visiting Timber Top Terrace for my brother's 50th birthday. Everyone thought the house was perfect: plenty of space, beds and seating; especially the oversized kitchen and deck tables. The decor is very uncluttered so it was easy to settle in. And the location was great for our needs since it is very close to Pocono Raceway. Neighborhood was quiet, we didn't see or hear too many other people right near the house, although the pool and beach were very busy the day we tried to go. We'd definitely stay here again!

Best Vacation Home!

My family and I had the best experience at this home. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was extremely spacious and clean. The home was decorated beautifully. We had a lot of fun in the hot tub and in the game room playing pool. The bedrooms, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable to sleep in. The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. The surrounding area is quiet and very peaceful. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this one was by far the best! Don’t hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it!

Beautiful home w lots of space

Overall my family and I were very happy about the quality of the home. Nice finishes and lots of room for family to come together or hang out separately. Home had lots of amenities that entertained our wide age group. - Negatives - Livingroom furniture needs to be replaced. Very worn and not comfortable at all as coaches have lost all of their firmness. - Outdoor space - Would be nice to see some landscaping. Outside looks like recent construction site. All rocks and dirt. I understand plants are limited bc of deer. Would be nice to have a small area (grass/turf) for kids to play even just a swing set. - Spiderwebs/ants - we also live in the country and deal with ants.. but adding a few hidden traps in the kitchen to keep under control. Lots of spider webs on deck. I'm sure hard to keep up with but a little cleaning weekly may help.

Spent 4 days at the property during Thanksgiving with a big mixed group - adults and kids. Pros:1. The host is responsive - the check-in instructions were clear and the host responded timely when I had questions. e.g I enquired about a leak in the kitchen and received a response quickly.2. The layout of the house was ideal for a group. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable.3. The check-in/check out process is straightforward including trash disposal. Cons:1. The house was not clean. We had to clean the home ourselves after checking in because we found toe-nails, cobwebs in common areas, and generally dusty on surfaces and floor. Some of the drinking glasses had lip prints on the rims of the glasses. Additionally, we had to go to a store to purchase cleaning supplies as the house had limited supplies. e.g no broom etc.2. The kitchen cutlery and cooking supplies (cutting boards, knives, spatulas) were overused/dull. The cutting boards were tiny, and not suitable for hosting where in-house meal prep is needed. Only one measuring cup available. 3. The refrigerator leaked twice during our stay. It is also small if you have a sizable group and planning to make your own meals.4. The showers always turned cold after 2 people showered (not long showers). We were forced to constantly wait for the water heater to catch up. Overall, after cleaning to our standards and getting required supplies, the house was pleasant.
