We had the best time! Literally perfect location at such a great value. Very walkable to the beach. Communication was so fast and check in/out very smooth. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and a short walk to the beach. The only thing I would say is that the living room blinds need to be replaced, and I would add more chairs for the balcony. It was a nice place overall.

Great vacation!

The condo looks better in reality than in the pictures. For our family of four it was absolutely comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great - just cross the street and you're on the beach. We will definitely be back again!

Enjoyed our stay. Clean. Cooking pans good. Sofa-comfortable. Glasses, but no wine glasses. Suggest you provide more than 1 balcony chair and perhaps a small table for outside comfort. Fix the vertical blinds- blinds in the living area were broken off (6 of them), so could not be closed or opened properly.

Beautiful and close to the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful, and it had everything we needed plus some! The beds were very comfy, and the washer and dryer were nice to have. My kids loved the bunk beds. It is so close to the beach. I think we will come back every year. ❤️

Perfect location to walk to the beach or local restaurants. The decor was perfect and the place very clean. The pullout sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the top bunk railing wasn’t sturdy enough to pull out. Maybe a pull up handle on the wall could be installed. Personally I would replace both bathroom toilet storage.

COnvenient and relaxing

First time in Navarre. walk out of the drive of the unit and the public beach access is right across the road. Most could easily walk but I had my elderly mother and we drove over for her. The beach chairs were set up and you just claim them and they come later to pick up your money or you can pay ahead online. Manager was nice and prompt in answering questions. Locals are friendly and it is a super family friendly place to stay.

Thank you for staying. Navarre is an excellent place to rest and relax. The condo is on the north side of the road that bisects the island and we do note in the listing that the beach is across the street and that the condo is not on the beach.

It is close enough to the beach that it is convenient for two adults to take two small children and beach supplies there without much trouble. It was smaller than I anticipated, but we made it work. It wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. The a/c quit the first day we were there. However, fortunately, it wasn't overly hot outside that day, and the repair was completed within a few hours. They were timely and responsive to that.

Layout is strange with the bunkbeds right at the door. Oversized king bed headboard made moving around the room difficult. Good access to the beach. Lots of room in the common area. It would b nice to have a suitcase stand in the bedroom. Kitchen area was good. Parking was good. Could not use the balcony because the tenant below the unit was smoking.

Not pictures I saw.

I thought I was paying for a condo with a water view. Got a condo in the middle of other condos. Building views out every window instead. Owner says I must have seen his other rental that has the view but is under going repairs and not available. Why was it advertising if not available? We feel duped and will avoid places like this in the future. Brett Robinson it is for us. I thought I'd give my money to an individual instead of big corporation, but lesson learned.

Hi: This reviewer is less than honest and obviously feels like an idiot for not reading our listing. We are a local business, by the way, not a big corporation. The listing for this condo and photos do not show any type of view. We do not mention a view either. In no way is our listing misleading. Our construction notice for the entire complex is on all three condos we list here, with dates updated as we get them. In this case, this building was not being worked on as it is scheduled for later in the year. I suspect this guest was just after some money back because if you read the other reviews on this property, the guests had a fine time and knew what they were getting.

Condo was beautiful, and location to the beach was within walking distance just as stated.

Entire experience was great. Would recommend that you supply more trash bags, there were only 2 and more toilet paper and paper towels. Also, screen on balcony sliding door was ripped by the last tenant and needs to be replaced. Sofa bed was convenient but uncomfortable.

Thank you for staying. As is common, we provide a started supply of toiletries and garbage bags. I never recommend adults sleep on sofa beds, though many do. We will repair the screen after the construction work on the balcony, which is scheduled to being later this year.

Thank you for staying with us. Gulf Island Condos is a nice place to spend the week on Navarre Beach. A short walk across the street and you are on our white sand beaches.

Great family vacation spot

Ken, the property manager was so responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our trip. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach as well as the extra items like wagon and beach chairs for our use. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable for our whole family! This beats staying in a hotel any time!!!

Our Vacation

We love Navarre Beach but when we got to our condo it was across the street from the beach and had stairs to our second floor. The pics were deceiving to us because it shows a boardwalk to beach so we assumed it was the back of the condos. The pool area was down and a little out as well. The dishes were in the dishwasher when we got there. Other than that the area was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend for people that wanna relax it was a lot of walking especially if you have kids, a tent, and other beach things.

Thanks for the review. We note in our listing that the beach is a 5 minute walk. The public access is right across the street. The photo is of the boardwalk on that public access. I'll modify the listing to make it clearer.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access with a quick walk across the street to the beach. Nice pool area. Condo was clean and the beach was not crowded.
