ATTENTION: This home is in a residential neighborhood and quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM are strictly enforced. Any infraction or violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine or immediate termination of the short term rental agreement. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 3 vehicles. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No parties. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.
