The house was as described on the listing and appreciate that they allowed for our dog but there were a handful of other things that took away from the overall stay.
The floors were extremely dirty and when contacted, the property managers did send someone the next day to clean.
Items that were broken upon arrival:
- bed in master bedroom, supports were broken/bent. We contacted the owner to inform them but later realized they already knew this because the third/center support was found in the master bedroom closet when we tried to fix it.
- Laundry closet door (also fixed the next next)
- Lights on night stand were broken from the wall
- Toilet paper holder in hall bathroom
- dishwasher unit was not fully secured and door was loose
- cutting board was in pieces, with wood pieces separated
The check-in details were sent only after I contacted the owner almost an hour after the listed check in time. But to make things more frustrating, the wrong code was provided for the door and then had to be confirmed after I called.
Overall the house was ok and I would probably pick a different house to rent for my next visit to Tampa.
