Fun in the Sun is a 6-bedroom, 2-story home with a private pool and spa located in Solterra Resort, right in the heart of Central Florida's vacation home hub. The resort is sprawling and nestled along real Florida wetlands so the flora and fauna are bountiful. The home itself is very spacious with 2,895 sq. ft. of vacation home fun! There is an master suite bedroom downstairs with a private bath. There is a further powder room or half-bathroom that acts as the shared bath for the downstairs common areas of the living and dining rooms, along with the kitchen. Upstairs you will find a family room loft space and 5 more bedrooms, including 2-en-suite rooms for a total of 3-bathrooms upstairs. The outdoor space is fully screen enclosed for your poolside comfort. The pool is in ground with an accompanying bubbling spa surrounded by a spacious textured concrete deck. There are 4 sun loungers and outdoor dining for up to 6.

***Pool Heating is available for purchase from October through May at seasonal rates. This option is applicable for stays of 4 days or longer. Please note that even Florida has a few cold days and pool heaters struggle to keep temperature when the temps are under 50 degrees in the evening. It is advised to check the weather prior to arrival and add service to your reservation, if it is suitable for the temperatures. Heating operates with the pools timer which runs a minimum of 8 hours per day. Pools are heated to a safe swimming temperature of 89 degrees and spas to 99 degrees, where applicable.***

Resort Registration:
Upon arrival, the primary guest must go the clubhouse to provide the following information and pay the resort fee:
1. Check in details to show check-in/out dates and number of people in the party
2. ID that matches primary guest
3. License plate info for primary vehicle
4. Guest will pay a fee via credit card(no cash accepted) to Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee
a. $35 for 1-12 guests
b. $45 for 13+ guests
5. Guests will receive 2 cards only
a. Guests must be able to produce a card at the pool if asked by security
b. Guests will receive the monthly 4-digit access code for the clubhouse fitness center
6. After Hours Guests – gate attendant will issue gate pass only. Primary guest must register the following morning starting at 9AM
7. CHECKOUT- Cards must be returned to the clubhouse only before departing the community. Replacement or lost cards will be charged at the purchase price. NOTE: THE GUARD WILL NOT ACCEPT CARDS AT THE GATE!

Slide rules: Rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Sliders must slide feet first only. Single riders only. Slide attendee will measure all riders in question.
