Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. World-class skiing, year-round cultural events and robust seasonal activities characterize Park City, home of Marriott's MountainSide, providing you the ultimate in Park City ski lodging. The MountainSide offers multiple outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, pool, fitness center, convenience store, kids room, along with daily family activities. There are also many dining options within a couple minutes walk from the front door. Along with being one of the most convenient locations for skiing that Park City has to offer, the MountainSide is a short walk to historic Main Street, assorted shopping and dining, and the free Park City shuttle, offering bus service to the whole Park City area.

** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.

** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.

** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.



** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Apr. 1, 2025, through Jun. 15, 2025, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

** Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jul. 30, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.

A cozy retreat in the Heart of Park City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott's MountainSide during our visit to Park City. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the comfort of the accommodations. The condo was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of snowboarding. The living space was spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding. There was even a kid's club and a game room to hang out in. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was MASSIVE. We literally skied right into the hotel swimming pool area. :) The one thing I missed immensley was a hotel bar. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot wait to return next year!

Marriott's MountainSide at Park City

We loved the proximity of the resort to the slopes! It was also very close to downtown and an easy Lyft or Uber ride away. The hot tubs and pool were great! The activities and specialties (chili night, hot dog/sausage night, etc.) were a lot of fun and the kids loved it. I would recommend MountainSide to anyone planning to ski Park City/Canyons!

2024 Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott’s Mountainside Resort in Park City. The resort has a lot of amenities-a nice gym, free Ski Valet, and lovely heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis, to name a few. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it should have been but that was quickly corrected by housekeeping. Two things stood out about this resort: First was the location-it was amazing for ski-in/ski-out. Second was the resort staff. They were kind and always quick to respond to any requests or questions. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Location and View

Our stay at Marriott Mountianside was fantastic. You can't ask for a better location next to the ski lift, and has its own ski valet. Great views from the room and loved the outdoor pool and multiple hit tubs. Can't wait to go back.

The listing was exactly as advertised. We had great interactions with the resort staff, both at the Marriott and the Epic mountain teams. If you want real "event", take the Snowed Inn Sleigh Ride & Dinner. We're looking forward to come back next year.

We love it!

This vacation rental was amazing, totally family friendly, activities por everyone every day, walking distance for Ski school, restaurants, shops, and bus tops ( no need for a car ever ). really in the snow, ski/snow board valet (free) , front desk are really helpful and clean ..... really clean. Perfect location!

My family stayed in a two bed two bath unit abd could not have been more happy with our experience! The Marriott is extremely family friendly. Between the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, ski valet, and shear proximity to the slopes makes this place perfect for families with children. What takes the cake is the friendliness of all staff that we interact with.

Amazing first ski trip

Best location and accommodations! Walk out the doors and on to the slopes, so amazing. It was great having a kitchen to make quick lunches then head back out. Had so much space for my family of 4. Hot tubs and pools were great and the staff were so nice and helpful if we needed anything. The only thing that the owner may want to know is that the dryer in this specific unit was very loud and squeaky, but it still dried the clothes fine. We would definitely come back to this location and this specific condo again.

Great Experience Great Location

Super convenient location with true ski-in ski-out. Ski valets were very nice and helpful each morning. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay at this resort again in the future, and recommend it without reservation. Also, the parking in the building was tremendous.

Perfect location & amenities galore!!

We stayed for a week in February in a 2/2 room. This is the place to stay! Perfect for couples, Groups, families with small kids. They have a full line up of kid friendly activities at the resort for non-skiers. You are right on the mountain. True ski in/ski out. Everything is top notch, from the staff to the hotel finishes. We can’t wait to return next year!

Awesome Family Ski Trip

Great spot for a family ski vacation. The room and amenities were great and the location couldn't have been better. You walk out the hotel and you are literally standing on the ski slopes, ready to get on the lift. The pool and 4 jacuzzis all look out at the slopes as well, so you can relax and watch the skiiers and snowboarders whiz by. We stayed in a two bedroom with two families of 4 and the set-up was perfect for us. We can't wait to come back. Incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were in Park City.
