"We had a spectacular time staying in this totally renovated villa, it was spacious, airy, very nicely decorated, clean as can be, and is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the General Store, Alexander’s, the beach. We were able to run from the villa to a beach run in the mornings and then get coffee at the General Store and walk back. Beautiful property

We just returned from staying at this beautiful property and definitely hope to stay here again! We also found the property management company to be outstanding - very quick to respond to our questions and provide assistance.

Beautiful property

Very clean, well equipped, well appointed property. We loved using the deck and grill during our stay. Steps to the pool. We’d stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Great home for a quick getaway

Great stay

Overall this unit is lovely. The property manager company Host2Coast was one of the best we have ever used. So many extra thoughtful details in the condo from them. The condo is as pictured and had everything we needed. We have stayed in many units in Turnberry over the years and we would gladly return to this one. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Best location, clean

Can’t beat the location. Easy bike ride to the beach and tennis/pickleball courts. Central location in general made it easy to get groceries and to restaurants as needed. After traveling, it was very nice to have a clean, spacious place to welcome us for the week. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Rental With Excellent Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we stay in Hilton head very often. We used to live in Hilton Head for about 12 years. So we know the island well. We also know that many of the vacation rentals are dated and many of them have for management. But this one is different. we always stay in this same location because we love it and we think it is the best location on the island. But there are many rentals within this community. The layout of this unit is perfect for two couples or a family with a few kids or grandkids. The management of this unit is excellent! The welcome that we felt when we came to the unit was superb. The unit was clean and updated and had everything we needed. Nothing was broken and the extra touches were more than we had seen in past rentals. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for excellent management! We will see you again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting in Hilton Head over a period of 25 years. Host2coast is the best rental company I have ever dealt with. They responded to requests quickly and professionally. I greatly appreciated the products that were in the rental property from soap to cleaning products. It was such a nice surprise to have a bud vase of fresh flowers and a personal note greeting us as well as the cookies, popcorn and boxed water.We were disappointed that the pool was not tended to and did not open until April. Being able to park for the beach at The Disney Beach House was ideal. We did leave a note that the upstairs bathtub needed attention since it drained very slowly. The home is comfortable and nicely located by the pool.

Three Month Stay at Palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was furnished nicely. The kitchen was well equipped but without a salad spinner. The heat was a constant issue as the vents basically sent the heat upstairs and I was always cold in the main living area and it was quite cold when I was here. The dryer seems to need a vent cleaning as it takes forever to dry clothes and the dryer door is a bit off as you have to "jerry rig" the door so it operates. The towels are of good quality but the sheets are terrible and the king pillows in the Master bedroom I had to leave out in the storage unit as they were so filled with clumpy messes of mites or something. The Dining Room lighting is terrible. It provides no light and that is where I set up my computer. I am saying all this so the owner understands that there are things that need to be addressed. Also - the house was not as clean to my tastes and I believe that I have left this rental cleaner than when I got here. However, there was no implement to clean the wood floors and the vacuum is seriously old and needs the filter to be emptied, which I tried but was not successful. The drain plug in the Master Bathroom needs to be looked at as I had to remove it so I could have a water flow.

Great Condo in Palmetto Dunes Resort

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Its was clean and spacious and in a great location. Right next to pool which kids loved. In the evening you could relax on back deck. Would definately recommend and stay here again.

Our stay at this property

It was a beautiful unit with everything close in proximity. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Plenty of activities outside the property and plenty of rain day activities inside the property. We will definitely return.

Experience was great. Clothes dryer in this unit routinely took 2-3 cycles to dryer load. ? Vent problem. Otherwise perfect!

Excellent place with great location.

The unit was very clean and well decorated. We ended up renting bikes for the family. Made for a very easy trek to the beach. Would certainly stay here again.

Enjoyable quiet get away

The villa is in a very nice quiet location. Our 5 year old granddaughter enjoyed having the pool so close and meeting other children there.

A wonderful stay!

We spent a wonderful month at the property. The space is bright, airy, and peaceful. It is surrounded by golf courses and is one minute walk to the pool. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great property

Beautiful inside and out! The property has everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. The only complaint we had is that the pool is a little too warm and they could’ve kept the pool cleaner but that is not the owners fault!

Relaxing island vacation

Property was clean, and had nice amenities. Bed mattresses are hard to please everyone, for me it was to firm but my wife thought it was ok. The one bedroom had a large walk-in closet but could use a small dresser. Overall very nice place, plenty of parking, nice pool and quite surroundings. Could hop on the Dunes Buggy or ride bikes to the beach.

Amazing Villa

Perfect family vacation

We rented this house one week in July for a family vacation. The house is light, nicely decorated, well equipped, clean and perfect size for a family of four. Only steps from the pool and a ten minutes bike ride to the beach. We rented bikes and beach chairs that were delivered to the house upon arrival. Best house we ever rented. TVs in both bed rooms and the living room, DVDs and games. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for running, golfing, biking, kids play, beach, swimming. We had a perfect vacation in this house that we can highly recommend. The only negative was that one of the toilets was not cleaned when we arrived with stains under the lid, so we called Hilton Head Properties on the Monday but no one came to clean, then we called again on the Thursday when they finally cleaned after two calls. A not cleaned coffe cup was also inte cupboard.

Perfect Week!

This condo surpassed all of our expectations. There was plenty of space so we never felt cramped, it was remodeled to perfection (seemed as if both bedrooms were a master) and only a short walk to the beach. It’s vicinity to the pool was awesome and while the baby napped I got just as much sun and cool breeze reading on the back porch. We cooked/grilled 2 nights and had everything we needed to make complete dinners. I highly recommend reserving bikes with the rental company as they promptly delivered them to our front door the first day and picked them up before we left on the last day. We were so sad to leave and already making plans for next year!

Perfect location

This rental is very well renovated and clean. Great location, steps away from the community pool and about a half mile from beach access at Disney beach club. Our party rented bikes from the community and enjoyed spending our time exploring the area which was well equipped with bike paths. We loved our stay and would definitely rent again!

Super cute, all the boxes checked!

This unit is comfortable and well appointed. It had everything needed for a home away from home. Even though it was not on the beach, there was easy parking available or a quick bike ride. I would stay here again.
