Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Enjoy beautiful backyard including: outdoor dining with grill under gazebo, relaxing swing, hammock, and fire pit; all while enjoying landscape and hot tub under amazing lighting and fenced-in pet-friendly yard.
3 floor spacious chalet featuring a finished, rustic 1st floor with gas fireplace, full bath and 2 twin-bedded bedroom; stairs leading up to second floor vaulted living/ dining room combo with additional gas fireplace, full bath, full kitchen and 2 queen-bedded bedrooms. Off the second floor you will find a spacious deck looking out onto front of property; there are stairs leading up to an oversized loft, featuring 2 queen sized beds and a half bath. There are 7 smart tv’s throughout home. AC and ceiling fans in every room. Out back lies a gorgeous landscaped, spacious, fenced in back yard with a 6 person hot tub, hammock, rustic swing, fire pit, and outdoor dining area with gas grill nestled under an outdoor gazebo with ceiling fan.

Great place. As advertised. Hot tub and sauna worked well. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the arcade, shuffleboard, and board games.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway

Absolutely awesome house. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer - but jobs and life... Would definitely like to go back for a longer - and less hectic - stay!

This place was perfect for our families and 2 pups just looking to unwind for 2 days. We wish we could've stayed longer. The fenced in yard is not easy to come by and made it the ideal for those with dogs. It was immaculate and smelled wonderful when we entered and had tons of activities for all.

It was our first time traveling with our adult children’s pets. Was happy it included dogs and cats. Pearl the almost 1 yr old ( but not tiny.. 40 lb) loved being out back and able to run free in the fenced off yard. The 2 cats were trouble free. My daughter was happy she was able to bring them. Kellie was a fabulous host, very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We truly enjoyed our week!

Beautiful Home!

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed every minute! There was so much to do out back, it was like a resort. Then when we got rain we had plenty to keep us busy inside! The owners are so great at communicating. I was really happy we chose this location for our weekend!

Amazing home

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. The home was incredibly clean and had every amenity we needed. Linens were amply supplied and good quality- it felt like staying in a hotel. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. The backyard was an oasis and everything was in such good condition. These home owners truly thought of everything you could want on a vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Kellie was a fantastic host and so easy to communicate with. We had a terrible wind event while we were there and a tree in the development came down and knocked the power out. Thankfully she had a whole house generator and even reached out to me to make sure it came on, which it did, right away. The beds were super comfortable and all the little touches, like K cups and snacks, were so thoughtful. All the amenities and games worked and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs! We’ve been renting for many years in the Poconos and this was by far the best house we rented.

This property was absolutely perfect! We had such a wonderful experience. The 1st floor game room was great. We played shuffleboard every night. My 3 granddaughters had a blast in the backyard and in the 3rd floor loft. They slept up there and thought it was so cool with the TV and their own bathroom. The hosts offered so much more than you usually get. The Cozy Chalet was beautifully decorated. The fenced in backyard so great. They have a hot tub and sauna, but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it. We enjoyed the gazebo and deck so much! The girls were fascinated with all of the lights in back. If we go to the Poconos again, I hope this Cozy Chalet is available. I am so thankful that I found this place! Thank you Kellie!

We just had an incredible week at the Cozy Chalet...host was awesome all through the process...Locust Lake community was great...3 lakes to choose from for daily activities...close to lots to do in Poconos...I recommend Pocono Outdoor adventure...I rented a 6 person UTV and all of us had a blast...took my wife on the train out of Jim Thorpe...and other than the parking...we had a great time...but in particular...if you come here...I highly recommend Hannas Farm Market...get there early for fresh scones...and the Butcher Shoppe...both within a few miles of 1709 Stag Run...as was having an evening meal at the local Irish pub..of course daily trips to the 3 lakes with swimming ...bike riding in the entire area..and of course the on property Sauna...we are now looking into doing our own as we enjoyed our daily or twice daily jump ins...as well as the hot tub...omg...I could go on all night...lets just leave it the Kelli will take care of you...and your life will forever be changed

We had a great time at Kellie’s place. The property was as advertised, super clean and the perfect size/layout for our family of 9 and 2 dogs. Unfortunately the weather was awful so we did not get to enjoy the community, which looked beautiful but the bad weather did not ruin our plans. The House had everything we could have wanted- we grilled, enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, played shuffle board, arcade and board games and watched movies on the large tvs. The owners thought of everything from snack baskets to many spices and cookware in the kitchen to bathroom essentials and even dog dishes and mats for our pets. Thank you Kellie for making our family getaway even more memorable - we are already talking about when we can return!!

I used to visit the Poconos at my aunt’s home as a little girl until my late teens…have always enjoyed everything this beautiful place had to offer from spring to winter, there’s so much to see and do here! The people are so nice and friendly, always so welcoming to visitors.

This beautiful property has so much to offer…very peaceful to sit, relax & enjoy a good book or movie while sitting next to the fireplace—one on each floor; or go and enjoy a relaxing hot tub and then the sauna to soothe those aching muscles after a day on the slopes or jut to unwind with a nice glass of wine or warm cup of cocoa…then roast some marshmallows at the fire pit.What more could you ask for? This place has everything you need, you don’t have to leave the property!
